I think I'm figuring out a pattern. Two more days and I'll pm you guys if I'm right.

Wow that would be greatly appreciated. Then I might change my tune and acquire straight btc but right now just unpredictable.

The best coin to mine right now is Litecoin. It is going up in value and can be easily traded for Bitcoin. Plus, you can still mine it with GPUs. Just google "how to mine Litecoin." There are tons of step-by-step how-to guides out there.

Arise, Chikun, Arise. (LTC = Chikun)

For several days, I left the $2500 cash in my car, and after that sale, for several weeks, I left the remaining $1000 in my car because I was considering another cash purchase of BTC.

License plate number and vehicle description?

I drive a late model nice car, and everything. Like everything works well. It even has air conditioning, and it gets good gas mileage. A goal of mine is to kind of blend in, and NOT draw attention to myself – that way people may NOT suspect that there could be money in my car.

Below is a picture of my car from this afternoon.

At this time, I am NOT going to provide my license plate number because I want to preserve my personal privacy from the international interweb.

By the time you PM us, it will be too late, no? And then also, we will have to be sworn to secrecy as to NOT mess up the market dynamics, since probably a lot of the Chinese are reading RVF for BTC investment mania tips, no? [Image: smile.gif]

One irritating feature of the Bitcoin craze is the appearance of 'Bitcoin panhandlers on forums and blogs. Hordes of beggars threaten to invade blogs, forums and boards giving out bitcoin addresses and asking for hand-outs.

Yeah it was $260 a week ago. I'm moving soon. I can't tie up my free cash right now. I'm watching though.
I just got the Coinbase app for iPhone for buying and selling Bitcoins.

Parlay44:
In the past week, I was trying to figure out how I got the Coinbase app on my Iphone - b/c I realized that on November 15, 2013, Apple had removed Coinbase from ITUNES store. However, I did NOT start investing into bitcoins and/or using BTC until about 11/29.

So, for the life of me, I could NOT figure out how I got the Coinbase app on my phone on 11/13 - and VIOLA, I saw that i had downloaded it in response to your posting in this thread...

Thanks a lot for providing that link just in time, b/c that app had been really handy. Also, recently, I had been looking at loading that Coinbase app on another person's Iphone, and I cannot find the app anywhere to be downloaded.

I have over 100 right now= el mech possible millionaire soon.

El Mech:

In browsing through this thread, today, my memory was refreshed - well, anyhow, your above post refreshed my memory in its description of how many BTC you were asserting to have accumulated on 11/10/13. Accordingly, your quantity of BTC may have adjusted over the past 7 weeks, b/c at one point, in mid-December, you said that you had taken out BTC profits and at another point you said that you acquired 14 additional BTC.

Right now, I am getting close to 14 BTC in total, and maybe by mid-2014, I will have about 30 BTC, depending upon future BTC prices and my continued plan to follow my investment strategy.

I am considering at some point in the near future to provide some kind of post that will outline my total investment in BTC, as compared with other investments that i have in order to illustrate, and potentially discuss how I have been accounting for and spreading out BTC investment risk.

Certainly, guys are going to come to different conclusions about how they chose to apportion their BTC investment risks in light of their total investment profile and their ability and/or willingness to tolerate risk.

I totally agree with you. Those people who don’t totally understand the real benefit of bitcoin would say that it is not good for the economy, etc. But I strongly believe that it can hugely help the economy to grow even better, particularly the small businesses, to reach global customers. It has benefited a lot of businesses all over the world, and some are continuously adopting it.

With whom are you agreeing, and what are you talking about?

Generally, I do NOT click on links to outside websites from sources that are ambiguous regarding the contents.

Additionally, as you may or may NOT know, bitcoin is very much in its infancy stages of expansion and development, so I am NOT sure who would be claiming any kind of wide spread betterment of businesses on a global level - especially at this stage of bitcoin, even though there seems to be potential for bitcoin to make payment systems better in certain ways.
