Fall/Winter Holiday time hustles?

Fall/Winter Holiday time hustles?

Ok, so fall and winter are the time for holidays.

This means there are great money making opportunities because everyone is out there blowing money, from sales on various things, to costumes, to food, trees, and Christmas presents.

Anyone have any idea on how to best take advantage of this great time?

Find hot ticket items for sale on black Friday and resell them on eBay. Game consoles and smartphones would probably be solid choices.

Any specific recommendations?

Ebay is a hassle I was thinking craigslist. Do you think I can still make some coin from that

Back in HS, our football strength amd conditioning coach would have us chop firewood during the Summer as part of offseason workouts. We would load it all up in his truck, and then he would sell it that Fall.

I was pissed about not getting a cut of the profits, but hey, can't knock the hustle.

Modern day Tom Sawyer.

Wait, I don't think that analogy works...

Anyway there was another thread on this earlier. As someone mentioned if you spend a shit ton of time in long lines in the cold November mornings with a bunch of other assholes and then calculate the profits made from selling the shit on eBay, it doesn't really come out to being worth your time spent.

I'm gunning for online black friday deals. So I can order things from the comfort of my warm house and then re-sell them on Craigslist. Not eBay because they take a cut of every sale.

Personally going for next-gen gaming consoles. Buying them on credit, score credit card rewards points and re-sell at normal retail price. Guessing a 20% profit off the top of my head based on past Black Friday discounts which can get pretty steep.

You guys should bookmark this site. http://blackfriday.com/

Isn't the PS4 being released around then?

Remember the PS3 release? If you preordered one for 399 or whatever it was, you could sell them on EBAY for over a grand because there were none of them in stores.

Thinking of doing this with the PS4

God'll prolly have me on some real strict shit
