American women were smoking between 1920 and 1980. Try watching some classic Hollywood of the 1940's sometime and tell me if you don't get a boner. They don't even need to show your their tits to get a reaction.

Obviously not a fan of older movies. Actresses were more feminine in the 50's. Now they have to be rabid, masculinized chicks like Megan Fox to get anywhere in Hollywood.

While I agree that chicks are (if we exclude obesity, tatoos, skrillex and other forms of willful self-destruction) prettier today, I think it has to do with their easier life, more and better cosmetics, and introduction of exercise for exercise's sake. It produces more toned bodies and better (sleek?) skin than in the past, I'd say. Faces might have slightly improved due to evolutionary pressures and racial mixing too. Plus there is also the factor of most clothes being tighter nowadays.... yes, there can be said to be a small but significant difference.

However, it certainly can't be said that girls were ugly in the past. Most of these are also hot, and once they're naked no one cares if their clothing and makeup are more conservative. When you consider with how little baggage they came compared to today's women, it's a no brainer.

This is a little bit of an extreme situation. The girl lost 100 lbs. It was very rare for a girl to have 100 lbs to lose in 1950. She spent her teenage years without receiving any any male attention whatsoever. The same psychology applies today, fat chicks will sleep with larger numbers of guys to make themselves feel good. These guys who have sex with fat chicks will under no circumstances commit, but the girls can lie to themselves that they are desired because some guy is willing to have sex with them.

We really should'nt draw any conclusions based on this one extreme case other than that human nature really doesn't change. Girls want attention and will do what is necessary to get it. There has always been and will always be promiscuity but in the 50s it was quite a bit less than it is now.

Out of all her friends(all around 19 years old presumably) she was the only one desperate enough for male attention that she slept with some guy, probably in the 1950s version of a hostel. The rest of the girls were skinny and most of them were the subject of at least some male attention, enough to keep them from slutting it up.

Younger women were prettier in the 50s, but women are prettier for much longer today.

Due to cultural conditioning and lower testosterone levels, men are increasingly attracted to androgynous "women."

There have been many times when I was walking behind a couple and couldn't tell from behind who was the man or woman.

But as someone who has actually met women in real life, I know that those are tricks.

I have been texted pics of almost dime pieces only to meet a girl who made me want to throw up in my mouth.
