Use a meal service to loose weight if you have no time.

I'm a guy who works 10-12 hour days and I have no time to cook and do calorie counting to lose weight. Something like keto is even harder since you need to be very strict to avoid keto flu. As a result for the past 2 years I've been losing weight very slowly in unsustainable spurts and still have a belly. It has frustrated me greatly.

Several weeks ago I finally found a food subscription service called diettogo in the USA. I've looked several times in the past but was unsuccessful finding one. I was even trying to start this as a new business just so I could make it exist until an acquaintance pointed out that something like diettogo existed.

I know this may sound like some random ad, but I've looking for this kind of service for so long and it's been the easiest time I've had in losing weight. I just eat meals from the service and eat raw vegetables like carrot sticks or broccoli to help with feelings of hunger. Raw vegetables are very fibrous so they physically fill up your stomach. I end up eating around 1800 - 1900 calories per day. I can still think properly unlike the times when I've been going through keto flu.

I've been on it for a couple weeks now and I've definitely lost several pounds and shrunk my stomach. Now I can finally be cut to a flat stomach for the first time since childhood, in a relatively short amount time. Calorie counting is really the foolproof and guaranteed way to lose weight.

So if your a workaholic like me, work in ibanking, software or something like that I would definitely check it out. It costs something like $180/week max.

Here are several other companies that do something similar:
1. Nutrisystem
2. FreshDiet
3. BistroMD
4. eDiets

I do diet to go also. Very convenient to have meals made for you where someone else counted the calories. The food is decent too. Not great, but edible. I don't have to grocery shop now, which is great.

I tried bistromd, not as good, but similar concept.

I believe nutrasystem is a different concept, but I could be wrong. Don't you still need to grocery shop and prepare your meals right?

Take care of those titties for me.

I haven't looked into nutrisystem much, I just heard about it after I heard about diettogo. Another alternative that I was thinking of doing before diettogo was using frozen meals and the occasional calorie counted meal from subway or chipolte style places. I tried a $6 frozen meal from whole foods and it was actually pretty tasty. The frozen meals are about 300-400 calories each, which is a good calorie counted portion.

Ali: That is a good resource, but you'll have to do grocery delivery and wash everything in a dishwasher to approach the same time savings. You'll also have to measure the food for calorie counting. Make sure to cook in bulk every few days.
