That's a huge advantage so you are being disengenous by saying that you got laid in the DR for free because of Game and a strong frame alone. Actually its not a huge advantage at all. I only lived there 8 months and I did not speak good Spanish before I went nor did I know anyone before I arrived.

My experience there in terms of the language was that Dominican Spanish is so fucked up that it would be impossible for me to learn Spanish there.

That's why I left and moved to Argentina. I learnt Spanish just fine there (although I had to be careful to avoid picking up the local slang - lunfardo)

We are going to have to agree to disagree, 8 months is a long time. I can get laid a lot in Mongolia if I lived there for 8 months. You were practically an expat. You had a tremendous advantage over a guy who was there for only a week on holiday. You probably showed off that you were american and the locals tapped you for what it was worth. I constantly emphasized the fact that I don't have much money and that I am struggling in the western hemisphere..just to leave the inception that I am one of them...it's best if you can perhaps say that your parents are dominican but you lived in the western hemisphere so long you forgot how to speak Spanish (that's what my guide told me when he took me to a spot to mash a 'ting')
On the flip note, an ex of mine went there with her husband (he is haitian descent but born and bred in NYC) and she is black but she likes to wear all this jewellery and tight skirts so apparently she had a rough time in DR cos peeps were constantly trying to wrangle game on her because they thought she was balling.
I don't wear any jewellery and my only 'shine' is a bit of muscle wedged into some medium old navy t-shirts.
