True but she might ask you to carry something big up a flight of stairs. Or you might find yourself in need of some lower body strength.

You mentioned proportions yet neglect half you body?
Provided you don't have toothpicks for legs, you look good, but ordinary in anything but the tightest wife beater.

So lets see those wheels.

To be fair, most people didn't hate on RS for his physique. He has a good physique of course. Personally, I think the Chris Hemsworth physique posted is about ideal. I doubt many European girls would turn that look down, regardless of what results two hipsters got from their hipster blog friends. For me at 5 foot 10, 185lbs and 10-12% bodyfat is what I am shooting for, give or take 5-10lbs.

Teedub posting the Jay Culter photo is just more attempts to discredit peoples arguments that have never been made. Does anyone in here really want to look like Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman? I highly doubt it, yet that counter-argument keeps popping up.

The hate has been spewed from both sides due to a disagreement about RS's views on heavy weight training and building lean mass that has spiraled out of control. Lets not act like it is just a bunch of guys jumping on RS's ass for not being bulky enough, we all know that really isn't what started the argument.

I think MOST people gave him props to begin with, though maybe he did catch some unnecessary hate, most of it was very positive. I still think he's got a very good physique, we just don't agree on our weight training views.

50 lays a year in London is very good, especially on a bankroll of less than $1500 a month (according to your profile).

I don't doubt people when they put forward claims like this.

The facts:

40 lays is roughly 3 lays per month.

50 lays is roughly 4 lays per month.

Bankroll less than $1500 (£865) per month.

Questions:

How much rent do you pay? Average monthly rent in London is around £450-700 per month in a share house.

Either you:

a) Live with your parents.
b) Don't live with your parents but don't pay rent.
c) Pay over half your earnings in rent/bills.

How do women see your physique? Assuming looks are the basis for your game, do you walk around without a top? Or do you wear a top but rely on facial aesthetics?

Are these bangs daygame or nightgame?

If daygame, where are you doing your approaches? What sort of volume?

If nightgame, where are you doing your approaches? What sort of volume?

How many of these weekly/near weekly lays are same night lays? How many date lays?

To be fair, once basilransom called me out on the Jay Cutler photo, I backtracked and admitted it was too far. Yeah Chris Hemsworth has a great body, but I do wonder how much of that sort of size is functional, athletic muscle. They pack it on and drop it off so quickly these actors. I think it comes down to a lot of things really, in terms of preference - and they're all hard bloody work to achieve. Including the freaky Jay Cutler people, especially them in fact. I see G loves boxing, and admires those athletes, so his preferred physique is one achieved with lots of bodyweight exercises, ditto myself.

That said, I do think a few people knocking around this forum do think the bigger you are the more women you get - which is plainly untrue. That kind of thinking should stay on the Misc. I'm not thinking anyone in particular, and not even necessarily this thread, but I do recall shaking my head a few times since I've been on the forum.

P.S Rio, I see you have GSP as your profile pic - he's got a great physique.

The real kicker is that his profile says he is 24.

How many 24 year old's do you know who have the experience it takes to fuck 50 women a year?

I know a lot of guys in the 21-23 range who are as good looking as OP if not better looking, and none of them have the level of experience (or the level of energy) it takes to pound out that many women in a year.

There's a 20 year old Danish guy that claims 150 bangs. He's even a member on this forum.

Guys, I know your ego can't stand it that allegedly beginner gets ass but with that kind of physique you could go to the seaside, hit it up at summertime parties everyday and bang 50 chicks without even talking to them.

Fair enough, and I agree with pretty much everything you said.

I definitely don't think the bigger you are, the more girls will like you. However, for me it is plainly obvious that girls like big and strong guys. I think Arnold's physique from the 70s is amazing, and I think you would get a ton of girls looking like that. However, I don't think it is the ideal body to get girls.

For me, Chris Hemsworth's body, or the Hodge Twins I posted below, are about ideal. Do some girls prefer guys not so big? Of course. But I think you are going to have way more girls flocking to you, than you have running away, with a body like that.

Also, I don't lift and aspire to look like that only for girls. It is a look I like, and that is achievable for your normal man who works for it. I like going to the gym and watching that weight increase each week. Today I will hit 345x5 on squats, which puts me close to a 405 1rm. Something about throwing on 8 plates and squatting over 2x my bodyweight drives me.

When I leave the gym I feel pumped and invincible. It totally lifts my confidence and people definitely pick up on that. Just that feeling of leaving the gym after some heavy squats and feeling like a beast. When I leave the gym and walk back to the skytrain I get tons more eye contact from girls than on the way there, even though I basically look the same. Tight fitting v neck, chinos and some white Chuck Taylors. Yet, girls notice me much more leaving the gym than going there.

Something about it just makes you ooze confidence, and people definitely pick up on that.

Do you change your mind everytime someone calls you out?
Yeah i said that and i believe its true based on my personal experience and the experience of some of my friends which started using steroids at 15-16 years old.
Obviously not everyone here has the same goal and thats fine to each his own, and of course you shouldnt kill yourself in the gym just to get girls.

You're saying all you need is a physique like the OP's in order to bang out 50 new girls a year all within the summer months?

Roosh, time to close up shop.

1) If you're trying to diss me for not being 'alpha' and altering my opinion when a good argument is presented, then cool, but I grew out of that when I was 15.

If you're not, cool.

Anyway, Chabal is 'alpha' for a whole host of reasons, not just due to his size. Also, yes, I have changed my mind since posting that. That was one of my earlier posts on the forum, an opinion can change a lot in 9 months. Chabal is considered 'sexy' more due to his 'image' rather than strictly his size anyway. Besides, I'm flattered you would scour my profile to dig up old posts to discredit me. A lot of these 'bigger is better' guys DON'T look like Chabal, they look 'fat-big', which isn't a good look at all.

Can we now take this thread in a consistently positive direction?

It interests me that the OP used only bodyweight exercises to build what I consider a good physique. I have no desire (and little natural ability) to become 'built', but a bit more muscle couldn't hurt at 1.87m and 73kg. My legs are in decent shape from running and cycling, but my upper body is scrawny.

I've found a couple of programs aimed at ectomorphs like me: Bony to Beastly and Bony to Brawny. Anyone know of those? Any good?

I don't have the money to be buying a ton of supplements and I dislike gyms, so something that I could do in my garage would be ideal, on my own with no need for a spotter. I'm in my late 40s, no aches and pains, and the last thing I want to do is fuck up my joints by overdoing it.

I definitley see where you're coming from, especially in terms of a person's own self confidence when they look like that. However, and I could be wrong, perhaps some other UK/Euro guys could chip in, I think that kind of look is more appreciated in the States. I guess I'm of the opinion that 'functional' muscle looks better, and a lot of these bigger guys look like they have unnecessary size. However, I admit I'd love to be as big as one of those guys just for a day to see what kind of reaction you get from people.

I think I have been forgetting a pretty important point. I think if you're 6ft +, then being pretty fucking big can look great. Think the guy who played Superman and Hugh Jackman, that's as big as I think I'd want to be. Which is still very difficult to achieve. However, guys around my height (and yours actually - 5 ft 10) are much better (IMO) going for the GSP sort of 'athletic' build otherwise it can look pretty stupid. Guys who are like 5 ft 8 with stupidly big chests. Your goal of 185 is fine, although personally, I think 175 would look better. I'm thinking like Roy Jones in his Light Heavy peak years...incredible physique that just looked explosive and not just 'for show'. I'm a huge boxing fan, so perhaps it does cloud me with bias sometimes.

Whenever I've visited the Misc, it's become apparent to me that much of it is teenage posturing and wish-fulfilment. Not that there aren't some genuinely good threads there though.

In regards to what the 'consensus' says, that might possibly be true in the States, due to reasons Houston touched on earlier. However in Europe, where the OP is from - athletic is a lot more desired than 'big'. Obviously, fill a t-shirt of course, but it's not like he isn't doing that already with his current physique. The biggest guys that women want here in England (which is closer to the States culturally than mainland Europe) are the rugby dudes, who are pretty bloody big, but nowhere near the NFL guys. I think a lot is cultural. As long as you have a broader back than your waist, good shoulders, big arms (within reason)... biology says you're a good mate. As in 'mating', not in the "hiya mate" sense ha.

I started lifting in London and that is where I saw the most head turning results. I had a few mates that lifted with me and one who started the juice and I could literally hear gasps of dismay and awe as we strolled through Camden Town and Central London.

We always lifted and achieved the scuplting look (to what it's worth) and the response from lizards was notably different. I've never been as cut as the OP but I can believe his reports. I had a mate from Sierre Leone who came to London starving skinny, hit the weights (mostly in his flat) and turned into a cut monster. He was probably around 6'1 and 196 but I have literally seen lizards walk into fruit stands in the market gawping at his physique.

I had gotten away with all sorts of risky shyt in London when my physique was honed (such as grabbing strange lizards bum and holding one lizard's breasts at the Notting Hill carnival after 5 mins of talking to her).

I personally feel that having an athletic physique and wearing those tight Euro shirts works even more favourably in Europe.

The thing with America is that so many people lift weights that you are on in a crowd of many..especially in the warmer cities.

For instance, in the gyms here in Miami, it's like a damn street parade..the place is packed with geezers and lizards every day except Sat evening.

Go to South Beach and many people are ripped and shredded and bloated by all means. Not sure what it's like in Cali.

Didn't notice such a high level in New York however...

Then again, they do seem into him haha. Just look at their admiring glances!

The OP has been suspended for one week for attacking the senior membership and their reasonable doubts. It's worth reminding everyone to click Report if you feel like you are being attack instead of attacking back.

It didn't do him any favors that he dropped some heavy numbers without any explanation on how they were achieved besides his body.
