Nice read. Love how he synthesizes politics, economics and philosophy in its historical context, but the book is a bit old now and he writes with persuasion, but his chapters about World War II are riddled with controversial statements that I doubt are true.

In general, very entertaining, but he's an ideologue and therefore I'd consider this book a great complement to other reading, but as a single source it's not very useful.

Yes, things have completely changed since he wrote it and events are proving his ideology wrong.

I have read the book. That book is an interesting read, however it needs to be kept in mind that he is an ideologue, and heavily anti-Communist, so many chapters in the book are heavily slanted and often exaggerated. However the book is very interesting nevertheless.
