Hi. I'm Switch.

Switch is not my real name, but since it sounded cool when I registered, it appears it will be my moniker for a long time to come.

I am a complete newb when it comes to game. First I'll give you some background on myself.

Anyway, down to what's important.

I've never had a girlfriend. I've never even made out with a girl.

I feel lucky that I've discovered the manosphere at a young age where I can get started in game now and by the time I'm in my twenties I will be absolutely slaying.

I will use this thread to document my first ever 100 approaches. It will be interesting not only for me to see someone develop from the start of their game venture with literally no prior experience.

I have to run a modified version of day game due to school starting in a month. Night game won't work yet because I currently don't drink/smoke/go to parties, although that might change as this goes on. Sidenote: I 100% do not look even close to old enough to get a fake ID. (no Superbad McLovin happening here yet).

So i'm off to make a paypal account and buy Day bang. I'll probably finish it tonight and get to the mall tomorrow and then the beach once it gets sunny again.

OK. So Day Bang is actually a lot longer than I thought it was, which is good I guess. Anyway, I'll finish it this weekend, then get started on my approaches. I want to get as many as I can in before school starts, because once it does, I will have only two days per week to game.

I also need to figure out the logistics of getting girls back to my house for when I start pulling, as I have 3 younger siblings and my mom stays at home generally during the day. Also, my parents are super overbearing, so maybe I'm better off doing approaches and doing as much as I can, and then waiting until I get lucky logistics-wise. Actually I'll worry about that later. At my current level, I can imagine anything like that is a long ways off, so I have time.

High school is all about parties. House parties, woods parties, hotel parties etc. Make friends in many circles at your school through sports, music or whatever. Your senior year should be golden because the seniors are the Alphas of the school. You should have no problem banging some if not most of the freshman girls. Tear it up my young playa.

That is going to be one of my goals for this year. Make more friends and get to more parties. I've never even been to one, so I've got some catching up to do. I have a few friends that already do party, so I need to make sure that I get them to invite me.

Last night I was for a run about 8:45ish, and went by this park where a couple of kids from my school were getting ready to party. It kind of made me feel like shit. I was thinking, "man, I really wish that was me right now. All of those guys there are going to get it in with those fine chicks and Im just running here sweating my ass off." It has kind of motivated me to go out and do approaches.

I also finished Day Bang, and that also motivated me to go out and do approaches. I'm going to tell my parents I'm going to the mall tomorrow to buy a hat, and while I'm there I'll do at least 3 approaches before I come home. I don't even want to know how badly I'm going to fuck each of them up.

I had a decidedly not player high school experience but I can echo what has been said in hindshight. Go to parties, if your current friends don't party then find some that do. Be as social as you can with guys and girls, the popular people with lots of friends automatically get some social proof. Not to mention its a great habit to get into when it comes to building your network in life.

My friends who did well in HS tended to be the social types who would constantly be meeting people and going out to do things. If you build that reputation about yourself word travels fast.

It is also worth doing a quick self assessment on clothing and lifestyle. If you can make sure you are well dressed in whatever is popular at the school that can go a long way. As well as building an attractive persona, join a sports team or learn how to play an instrument.

You're already way ahead of the game just by knowing about this stuff. Echoing what was already said, just make yourself a part of as many social circles as possible. Don't shut anyone out. If I had known about this stuff back then I'd have been king of my high school. By the time you hit your senior year you should be dominating.

Once the school year starts, I think you should approach every single cute underclass girl that you don't know.

The whole "be popular, get laid" method in high school is shitty advice IMO.

Kids who are popular in high school are the ones who were naturals. Since Switch is here, he wasn't a natural, and it's not like he's going to become a natural overnight.

Switch, the best thing you can do is not to sweat high school. It doesn't matter at all if you lose your virginity before you graduate.

Far, far, far more important than chasing chicks is your overall self-improvement. If you do this now, you'll have a second chance at college to really fucking dominate in a way you couldn't in high school.

Repeat after me: LIFT, READ, AND SOCIALIZE.

Lifting: Get bigger and stronger. Learn how to eat clean and make sure you get enough protein.

Read: Try reading The Republic (translated by Allan Bloom). Developing your mind is far more important than getting laid, although you are probably too young to understand that now. Improving your intelligence is one of those things you cannot accurate predict how it will improve your life, but, in general, the smarter you get the faster you can accomplish new things. In the long run this pays off huge.

Socializing: Don't worry about running proper game. Just learn how to hold fun conversations with strangers. Learning good social skills is a process that took me years to get down. But once you do, man, you'll become a powerful man capable of not just getting women, but jobs, friends, and influence over others.

Additionally, none of the game stuff you read will make a whole lot of sense until you have strong social skills. Just read Bang and get to work with your approaches. Don't be afraid to experiment and find your own style. Alpha is anything.

It does not fucking matter if you get laid out of your approaches. Getting laid is a side effect of becoming a complete man. First you want to become the total package, and before you know it one day you will wake up and think to yourself, "Man, I'm tired of sex. I want to do something else this weekend."

Good luck kid. You're going down the road less than 10% of men take, but rest assured there is that 5-10% who make it to the other side and since you're starting young you will have a high chance of being in this elite percentage. Don't give up and be prepared to work your ass off.

If I could be 16 again I would:

- Stop playing video games permanently

- Quit all pornography use to prevent porn induced erectile dysfunction

- Knock out as many AP tests as you can to save time and money once you're in college. You might be able to skip most of the liberal arts classes this way. Remember that you don't have to be in the AP class to register for the AP test.

- Iron Sharpens Iron. Find a competitive MMA gym and attend religiously. If not available then try to get into HS wrestling. Even if you end up stuck on the practice squad's practice squad, you'll still get conditioned, strong, mentally tough and learn the oldest and best martial art.

- Don't sweat your peers' opinions of you. They're still kids mentally if not physically.

I think I'm going to give up on things like going to the mall and trying to approach girls. There simply are not enough cute girls 14-18 that are walking around by themselves. I would be able to do like one approach per week maximum.

I'm going to take Samseau's advice. I'm working to improve myself. I've been reading more, lifting more, writing more, and I'm already starting to see results from the first two. I need to start socializing more. I hang out with the same five people all of the time. I need to branch out and that will be my goal for this upcoming school year.

I also have made it a goal to watch less and less TV. I've decided that there is one more season of my favorite show on TV, and a season and a half left to watch of another show in Netflix. I'm going to finish those and never look back. I already hardly ever play video games, to I don't need to cut back on that.

One thing I do need to stop doing is watching sports, baseball, mostly. I will 100% stop watching games on TV, and just read the boxscores each morning. I could save like 6 hours per week.

Football is another thing. During the season I don't know if I could go without watching games. They are too fun. I also do fantasy football, and I don't think I'll be able to cut that out either.

Finally, I am trying to wake up earlier each day. I want to be somebody that wakes up at like 5:00 AM. The times when I have successfully woken up to my alarm at that hour I have been so much more productive.

Make videos/movies about your school and post on youtube. (I know some kids that would film themselves dancing at famous locations on SF and they became pretty popular online)

The keyword is new. Talking to the same people over and over and you start to develop a very local mentality particular to the region you are in.

Part of becoming a player, for me at least, was talking to tons of people outside of my normal comfort zone so I could learn more effective ways of communication.

See the dude crossing the street? Give him the reverse head-nod and keep going.

The outcomes of all these situations aren't important, what's important is developing the ability to approach strangers effortlessly. Once the newbie gets this part down, it becomes much easier to work on seducing women back to your bedroom.

While it's great to see people go gung ho into the self improvement aspect of the manosphere which IMO is the most important part of the whole thing. Remember if things bring you enjoyment like watching sports or TV don't be quick to completely cut them out of your life. Obviously you will need to make time to read/lift/game etc. but that doesn't mean you can't watch your team play the bigger games. Watch the select games that matter to you, or catch the highlights later.

There are a lot of guys here who aren't big on following sports but keep in mind that you need to forge your own path. What works for one guy might not work with someone else, especially with lifestyle choices. I like playing video games, watching TV and following sports, but it's all about moderation and cost/benefit. I'm a natural introvert so games and TV let me recharge my social batteries so that I am bright and energetic when I go out. That's well worth a few hours a week to me. As for sports it is the same way, is skipping the regular season and watching highlights and the playoffs instead worth it? Only you can decide.

Yes, talking to "new people" will certainly help social skills. But, "social skills" with men are much different then "social skills" with women. They are practically 2 different categories.

This young man is specifically looking for help with women. He knows what he wants, he wants girls. So, he should talk to girls.

Who are you most afraid to talk to???

For most young guys, the answer is pretty girls.

Most guys have no problem talking to other guys. The problem is talking to attractive girls.

This is the area where guys need to improve. So, this is the area that they should focus on. If they want to get better with girls.

If you just generally want to get better with "everybody", then talk to "everybody", but, I think we can be more specific then that.

Focus on your weaknesses.

This concept applies to all areas of life..

If you are great in English but shitty in math, you may have to spend more time studying math.

If you naturally have a thick upper body but skinny legs, you may want to spend more time doing squats.

It is important to identify our specific weaknesses and create a specific game plan to eliminate them.

There's a saying that goes:

When a group of men hang out they insult each other but don't mean it.

When a group of women hang out they compliment each other but they don't mean it either.

Once you learn those few simple rules you'll be ok.
