Palo Alto 15 days Challenge (Ecuador, Perú, Colombia)

Fine Gents,

Tomorrow I fly to Bogotá-Medellin, then Quito, and finally Lima.

5 days in each city. I planned ahead so I am free every night after 6pm. Hotels perfectly located next to bars and clubs, and plenty of soles, pesos and dollars to burn.

Wish me success, and i will keep you fellows posted.

Un abrazo

The harder you practice, the luckier you get.

Nice! I just did this loop at the beggining of the year, same three countries but I never did bogota or Quito. I did Medellin, Guayaquil, montañita, and Lima.

I didn't like Guayaquil at all, but montañita was awesome (also note, at least when I was there, there were more argentines and Chileans than ecuadoreans). I found ecuadoreans to be pretty rude, the food was terrible on average, and the women very ugly. The beach in montañita was great though and so were the parties.

Peru is alright. The women aren't even on par with Americans in terms of looks. The food is great. The beaches in Lima are rocky but head down an hour south by bus to punta Hermosa and you'll find decent beaches. The people are not the friendliest and they try and rip you off every chance they get, but still better than ecuadoreans but don't touch the friendliness of Colombians.

You'll most likely have the best time in Colombia. The people are great and the women are beautiful. We'd be on the metro and ask someone where a place was and 3 or 4 people around us would chime in to make sure we got there. The parties are fun and people are very open. Almost any girl will talk to you during the day if you approach her. My roommate was the strangest son of a bitch I've ever met but I never saw him get straight up shut down while approaching during the day, and he approached a lot. They may not give their number every time, but they were never mean about it and at least had conversation with him. This definitely helps your mojo. That said the women can be a headache at times. Lots of flakes and many girls you meet probably won't have a lot of money, so you may be asked to pay here and there for drinks or taxis, but it is what it is, and they usually won't ask directly, it will be more like, "hey, I can't come out tonight because I don't have money for a taxi." Keep in mind if you're day gaming, many of the girls you may meet might only make $10 a day. To me $10 is nothing, to them it's a fifth of a weeks worth of pay. It's not that they are necessarily trying to hustle you, as it would appear this way if an American girl did this, they just genuinely can't afford to go out. If you're doing Colombia first it's going to suck for you to meet girls in Peru and Ecuador because the difference in talent is ridiculous. Colombia is FAR superior.

Based on the topic title I thought you were going to be in Palo Alto, California for 15 days. Now banging there WOULD be a challenge.

What's missing going into this is how's PA's Spanish skills.....

I just did Medellin/Quito last month. My Spanish is not all that good but it took me about a week to get into the mindset of thinking and speaking in Espanol.

That said, Quito is kinda grim i think where one would have more success with the flipflop hipster girl set (especially in la mariscal) but hey, Medellin......that's where it's at! [Image: banana.gif]

Yeah if you don't speak Spanish in Medellin you're not looking good. I think of all the cities I've been to in Latin America, in Medellin they speak the least. Even Peru and Ecuador had more English speakers.

Also in Peru, I was going to the argentine, Chilean, and Brazilian girls that I met. I didn't spend much time gaming Peruvians.same with Ecuador. Hell, I think I was even more interested in the American and European girls with flip flops than the local girls.

IP, how difficult were the girls in Colombia? I've heard mixed reviews. Of course top tier girls are difficult everywhere, but say your typical 20ish year old University girl in the 6-7 range.

Colombia is the type of place that I think if you stayed 3 months and got the feel for it you could clean house. But don't expect to go there and receive oral off the plane. They aren't hard, but you have a lot of shit test you have to put up with. But even so the girls are still sweethearts. Almost any girl will talk to you if you approach her during the day. It's the type of place where you can get 10 numbers in a day relatively easy, but only two or three might answer and of the two or three, maybe one will meet up. Flaking is high. What I started to realize towards the end of my trip is that Colombia is a numbers game, even more so than most places. You have to approach a lot to get results, but even so it may be the easiest place I've ever been to approach, especially during the day. It's a little tougher at night because a lot of the girls are out with their guy friends and everyone is seated at tables.
