It's a combination of things, not everything is moving in the right direction.

On the good side, in the California State College town I live in, you've got girls with educated parents who've warned them about carbs as they grew up, are intelligent enough to face that there's differences between men and women, and have gotten great nutrition and look wonderful.
They fit my ideal of slim but athletic, a lot of them zoom past me when I'm out riding my bicycle and it can be hard on the ego. I'm not real interested in ONS, so my ideal is not a ditsy club slut caked with make up teetering on high heels, it's a slightly tomboyish, very horny upper middle class chick. There's a slight problem with them preferring YoungTallCool frat guys over my wrinkled 50-year old face, but I'm sure I'll overcome human nature any day now.

The de-cunting process I'm talking about is a multi-generational process.

Women got the vote in America after African American men, and were getting thrown in jail for protesting to get voting rights. It was only 100 years ago.

Then it took another 60-70 years before they were getting into professional schools like medical schools etc with some reasonable fairness.
So smart women were justifiably pissed off that if they could pass organic chemistry and so forth, why weren't they being let into med school?
That would be women--elite assertive women who were ready to confront the Establishment-- who were in their 20s and 30s in the 1960s and 1970s. So lets call those elite pioneer protesters the 1940s cohort.

The working class and lower middle class take time to catch on, and get all pissed off, maybe 10-20 years. So the 1950s and 1960s cohort ( who are still in positions of power in bureaucracies, and still pissed off) were getting angry, precisely when the REASONS to be angry were disappearing.

So by the 1980s women could get into med school, law school etc. Some of the less math-centered professions that paid well became dominated by women, mental health professionals for instance.

So upper-middle class women born in the 1980s became teens/20-somethings, looked around in the 90s and 00s, and if she had a brain realized that she could get into a professional school if she wanted, shit, if she wanted to go to engineering school she could probably get more financial aid than a guy could.

So the late 80s and 90s cohort-- who are all the most attractive women and girls right now, the ones about between 18 and 28, IF THEY ARE THE SMARTER ONES-- I'm not real interested in dumb women-- realize that they are not at all being persecuted and they are riding a wave of power while they are attractive.

In reality, they have nothing to be pissed off about, and although women don't have the genius to invent things like the telephone, the integrated circuit, and vaccines, they do have acute social awareness of who has power.

in ADDITION, they see how badly all the pissed-off feminist cat-ladies have done-- haggard, childless bitches alone in their 50s-70s; while women who were softer and had the wisdom to indulge masculine traits now have grown, impressive children to show off, and if they kissed ass appropriately, still may even have a husband with whom she shares a well-tested and kind relationship.

It's pretty damn obvious to them which worldview wins and which one loses.

Thus, the upper-middle class, and to some extent the lower and middle middle class are "de-cunting." It just not an accurate worldview to think you're getting treated bad when you're not, and it takes a lot of energy and brainwashing to continue to distort reality.

HOWEVER, up to and including the lower middle class, the OBESITY epidemic is still throwing the supply-demand equation off-- that's a slightly different issue than chronic cuntery; although it leads to narcissistic behavior.

This de-cunting combined with a few generations of de-masculinization of men, now 99% of whom won't cold approach, means stop bitching and approachapproachapproach. I should follow my own advice.


Note the spell checker really, really tried to prevent me from using the neologism "de-cunting". It is my new favorite word. It kept trying to replace it with re-counting. Obviously a feminist plot.

Its a workable theory.

Although, fucked up mothers are just as often overprotective and betaizing towards their sons. They have no control over any area of their life, so they see their son as something to control.

The biggest pussy I knew growing up had a psychotic mother. He got his ass kicked at the bus stop often.

There's different flavors of fucked up mothers, and that must play a part.

There's no doubt that family dynamics play a huge part in influencing how people end up pursuing their reproductive goals when they're adults.

my mom was kind and beautiful and caring, and she spoiled me, i was a mama's boy, and so i thought girls were pure and angelic.

It depends. My mother was kind of fucked up, so I had no real game until I hit my early 20s. Was good at emotional manipulation though...had a strong moral code but was good at using the worst methods, telling people what they wanted to hear. My game kicked in hard, I took to it like a fish in water.
But at the same time I had a childhood and adulthood where I always felt nobody cared or wanted me. Parents were indifferent about my existence as a teen, kicked me out at 19, father never wanted me around, etc.
On one hand I'm used to fighting upstream and settling for the results I might not want. On the other hand, it's agonizing when dating/job market/family/friends/school are all things where you gotta claw hard to just be mediocre, where you have to put in all the effort. The older I get the more that kills me, the harder I feel those urges to just want to drop out of the rat race again. It's even harder since i'm in my mid-twenties, and in the same place as a lot of 19 year olds.
