YES, "Kolkhoznik" is what I was looking for. This is one of the first words I learned when I first started studying Russian in elementary school in the 80s, of course as some of the previous posters mentioned it is really meant to refer to farmers working on a collective farm, i.e., Kolkhoz so not sure if in real-life it would even be considered much of an insult.
moving on to Russia, Eastern Ukr or staying in Lviv?
