Very good video about the impact of your body language on YOU.
Fake it until you become it
I think this has been posted here before.
Nevertheless, it is great.
Sometimes when I'm in a room in a social setting and I get stuck in my head/feel a little bit uneasy, I place my hands interlocked behind my head and lean back. Makes me comfortable, and it is a dominant position without being try-hard.

I think there is this myth that people are located just within their bodies.
We are social animals, like ants in some ways, and who we are isn't just in our bodies. If you start to recognize other people as an extension of yourself, and if you are able to see that you are possibly an extension of someone else (like the son of a father), then it might give you a higher resolution perspective of the game.

Yes, we are naturally social animals. And how we behave around people changes their behavior towards us which in turn changes our beliefs about ourselves - our inner game/Frame. This is all related to Frame/inner game again.
