Was doing a deal a few years ago in Tel Aviv. It was like a Wed night and we were wandering around some clubs and they were packed. I think they might be sluttier because the energy I got when I was there was "You never know when we will die." Not trying to be negative. But in Tel Aviv (to me) a lot of the buildings could have used renovation and it isn't like there is no money in Israel.
