These work really good to prevent your feet from hurting so bad after wearing shoes around all day. There's all kinds of different ones but I grabbed the cheapest pair a few years ago and they've worked good enough. The only shoes they feel a little funky in are very skinny, flat ones. Highly recommended if you're doing physical labor or have to stand around all day at work. I know that shit kills your feet at the end of the day.

Funny that you brought this up, I just bought a pair last week and its best 10 bucks I ever spent....
Yeah, people were saying I should be a spokesperson for the company when I first got them. I was recommending them to everybody.
What kind did you get? I think there's a machine at Wal Mart you can use to see which ones are best for your type of feet.

When your feet hurt it also starts killing your back and your legs...I use them for work AND for my running now.
I would recommend orthotics that are specially tailored to your feet.
I used to use these as well (still do at times) but in the past few years discovered the importance of quality shoes. If you're able to wear running shoes most of the day make sure you buy a quality pair (best I've found so far are Asics).
