Danish show branded "the most sexist TV program in history"

This is great. Each episode features the host and another man critiquing a naked female's body. They cover all kinds of subjects. It's the most unashamedly masculine show I've seen. A lot of reflections on what it means to be a man combined with banter and unabashed objectification of women. It's pretty mainstream, the host used to be an X-Factor judge and his guests are prominent personalities.

In Episode 2 they discuss how women like a man to take charge, to be unpredictable, brutal but kind and the same time. They then go on to wonder where women find a man like that these days in the 'dickless' society where men are scared of their own boners that women have participated in creating. They discuss how girls who are into that 'feminist nonsense' generally don't want to be in charge and just want the right man to come along and take charge. "If Denmark was a man he wouldn't get any pussy" - the guest responds that this is "an exaggeration. He wouldn't get any fun pussy, but there's something out there for everybody".

Very red pill chat; and incredibly it's a whole series on the Danish national broadcaster.

Hope someone makes them available with English subtitles.

Tuth should be angling for a guest appearance. The RVF should bring the concept to the US.

Some highlights from the article:

Quote:Quote:

The women walk on in a bath robe and then stand in front of the two men who are seated on an empty set with one harsh light.

Each model then removes her robe as host Thomas Blachman, who also created the concept, and his guest appraise their figures.

Quote:Quote:

Some of the most puerile moments have included comments such as 'How's that p****' working out for you?' and 'Very animated nipples.'

Quote:Quote:

He also said his show - which has the eponymous title Blachman - was the work of a genius and had a higher objective of 'discussing the aesthetics of a female body without allowing the conversation to become pornographic or politically correct'.

The show can be seen here (in Danish): http://www.dr.dk/tv/program/blachman

I like how the critics make connections between male dominance and beauty standards. it is common feminist point - men use "impossible" beauty standards to oppress women.

I could think of a better way to oppress women - we judge not just on looks, but height, income, social status, how funny they are, the size of their muscles, the status of their family, degrees they have, confidence, whether they are in a band or not, dominant body language, lack of debt, potential for success in life. And game.

I thought Denmark was supposed to be the most feminist place on earth...?

This show is great! Haha.

Push people too far, too hard, too fast, too long, and push back happens most unexpectedly.

Imagine if they got rid of alimony and made divorce more fair in the US - I imagine a lot of BETAs might flock again to feminism.

This seems to confirms Roosh's point that Danes will not tolerate criticism from outsiders. Apparently even in the case where they actually agree.

It's meandering conversation and nothing else. So not action packed at all. It's pretty engaging though. It's way more than just talking about women's bodies, that's just the starting point.

As a Dane, ever since Roosh published Don't Bang Denmark, I have read a lot from the manosphere on "how bad it can get", using Denmark as example. We are hypersensitive to critique because of our small size, but big history. While I mostly agree with the critique Roosh gave us, I am now glad to see that there are still some Danish men/tv producers who dare speak up, and show their balls. But make no mistake, this talk show have a philosophical or poetic approach to discussing the women's bodies, the same way you would a statue or a painting. They don't bash or are in any other way are disrespectful to the women.

Blachman is one of my favorite alpha personalities in Denmark, but I also need to mention Jørgen Leth, who is known for writing in this self-biography, "I take the daughter of my chef, when I want. It is my right".

Denmark is a dickless society, but some of us are trying to do something about it. I decided to reflect on critique given to me.

Just wanted to post this thread, but then I forgot either Samseau or Caligula is always one step ahead [Image: biggrin.gif]

Kinda ironic this show happens to be presented in DEnmark...precisely the less feminine country recorded in history.

Here is more about Blachman from the Daily news

Hah I like how the daily news article mainly focuses on insulting the appearance of the show's hosts. Irony at its finest.

It sounds like it could work well as a radio show, or a podcast.

Ha i just now read this title as "sexist." This whole time I thought it was branded sexiest.

Is it any wonder that sexist and sexiest are almost the same word?

You can watch it here: http://www.dr.dk/tv/program/blachman - but it won't make much sense if you don't speak Danish.

Check out Snog Marry Avoid on BBC3. Although it mainly shames fake tan rather than obesity.

English language documentary about the show. Includes alphas, feminists and betas of scandanavia, the worst part is the american feminist liberal talking about it, or the turkish journalist (towards the end)

Just saw this. Love the argument with the feminist where he says "there's something worse than being a sex object?" Feminist says "what's that?" - "not being a sex object."
