Exeter/ S.W. UK Data Sheet

So if anyone is interested in visiting Exeter/ the South West of England on a trip, I've busted out a breakdown.
Background:
Exeter is a scenic city in Devon and has a city population of around 110,000 as well as 280,000 people living in the metropolitan area, so it is undoubtably a fairly small and lower tier city.
Social circles aren't very tight for a small town and guys rolling solo can easily make friends/ meet wings. As well as this girls are comparatively surprised by guy's approaching them compared to other areas in the Anglosphere.
Night Life
Exeter has a fairly small range of nightlife options, but in my experience of living in the city, they can be profitable.
Exeter Phoenix Event run by Hold it Down
Gandy Street:
Gandy Street is strewn with more chilled out bars and lounges which attract an older clientele than other nightlife events. As well as this, the bar workers can be strict in fake I.D's (I've had mine taken from their before), but for older guys this area offers a great opportunity for post day game meetups.
Timepiece:
This is arguably Exeter's main club and although admittedly dingy and dirty, it offers a great opportunity for younger guys to game uni students. After all, Exeter University (surprisingly) has some of the highest levels of debauchery of any university in the country and in 2012, students were caught shagging outside of the safer sex ball. Wednesday is student night and the night to go as it is packed full but drinks can be quite expensive.
Rococo's:
Talent isn't usually very good here, but there is definitely a younger clientele and there are some 7's to be approached. However drinks are very cheap, and due to the very low admission, it can be worth coming in to check the talent.
Arena:
This is a really popular destination, but Tuesday's and Thursday's are closed for non students. However it is worth trying to game student girls on these nights as they leave, as they'll often be disappointed that they didn't meet anyone whilst they were there. Of the other nights Saturday is the best.
Mama Stones:
This is more of a lounge than a club, but is a great place for meetups with girls. There is a chilled vibe and one of my older friends who goes there frequently, has met the singer Joss Stone in there. Talent is normally pretty low in here, but this can be a good place for older, lower energy guys to have dates.
Daygame
Exeter's main strength (outside of the Phoenix and Lemongrove events) is its Daygame in Summer. During hot weather there is a tradition of younger people going and chilling on the green and it is relatively easy to strike up conversations due to the friendly vibe. As well as this there is a wealth of 6/ 7's and almost all of these are white, so if you're into foreign girls you'll probably be dissapointed.
Gyms
Body 2000
This is my favourite gym in the city and it attracts a hardcore clientele, which can be intimidating.
Riverside:
This is a mediocre gym, but free entry is quite possible as attendants at reception are lazy and will rarely stop you if you just slip through the open turnstile into the gym as someone is leaving. As well as this there are plenty of hot girls in here (unlike Body 2000).
Hope you enjoy my first data sheet.
