I literally don't get the point of the video.
The video makes a few clear (and predictable) statements.
The beginning animation implies that men take more than their fair share. The animated character begins by taking all of the ice cream scoops at the expense of his female counterpart, but as soon as the female gets just one scoop he is depicted as going berserk, with the word "misandry" being shown as his complaint.
The appearance of the word misandry at that point is designed to imply that all of the men who are concerned about "misandry" are actually overprivileged bullies who generally have taken (and continue to take) more than their fair share.
The "red pill" also appears. This is designed to poke fun at the whole concept and imply that all who subscribe to it are overprivileged bullies who are afraid of women. The video also implies that these men are the self-proclaimed "nice guys".
The point of the video, in short:
-Men need to check their privilege.
-Those who make any complaint about feminism or misandry are afraid of women.
-All "nice guys" are disingenuous, over-privileged, misogynist bullies.
-All "red-pill" takers (that would include all of us on this forum and at other sites in the manosphere) are "nice guys".
-All "nice guys" love rape and find it amusing.
-All complaints launched against feminism on the internet on forums like these are illegitimate.
Nothing new being said here, as these are standard arguments posed by third wave feminists and their allies.
