But when I lift heavy for 2 hours 5 times a week, spend most my time studying and getting A's, read game blogs for openers & on how to maintain frame, read RSD for Inner game, deliberately put myself in uncomfortable situations ( like joining the student government phonies & Theater club faggots) in order to push out of my comfort zone, when eat 4500 cal a day which makes me almost puke , supplement with ACV/Zinc/Multis/Fish oil on top of working 30 hours a week ....... and DON'T get pussy for almost a month , it really messes with your head.
