There was a fucked up case in the UK recently. A guy on benefits burned down his houseand (to try and frame somebody else I believe) and accidentally killed some of his kids.

He had about 11 kids and no job. And was on the equivalent of 100,000 pounds a year (pre-tax). That is $153,000.

In the UK - we have a fucked up form of eugenics. The government incentivises the most unfit people to have the most kids.
