Beta Song of the Year?

White Blank Page, by Mumford and Sons

Key sections highlighted.

Thoughts?

Can you lie next to her
and give her your heart, your heart?
As well as your body
And can you lie next to her
and confess your love, your love?
As well as your folly
And can you kneel before this king
and say "I'm clean", "I'm Clean"?

But tell me now where was my fault,
in loving you with my whole heart?
Oh, tell me now where was my fault, in loving you with my whole heart?

Her white blank page
and a swelling rage, rage
You did not think when you sent me to the brink, to the brink
You desired my attention, but denied my affections, my affections

So tell me now where was my fault,
in loving you with my whole heart?
Oh, tell me now where was my fault, in loving you with my whole heart?

Ahhhh ahh ahh ahh ahh ahh ahhh ahhhhhh [x4]

Lead me to the truth and I will follow you with my whole life
oh lead me to the truth and I will follow you with my whole life

Bruno Mars has talent (Locked out of Heaven is good) but most of his songs suck, like that If I were your man thats currently on the airwaves.

Here in Canada there's a Somali artists popular for the song Waving Flag (World Cup 2010 anthem) and his recent song sucks. Both Bruno's and K'naan's recent songs are keeping me off any top 40 radio stations.

And because K'naan is a "Canadian Artist" his radio air time life for his songs are incredibly long.

Michael Buble Haven't Met You Yet

I'm Not Surprised
Not Everything Lasts
Have Broken My Heart So Many Times,
I Stopped Keepin Track.
Talk Myself In
I Talk Myself Out
I Get All Worked Up
Then I Let Myself Down.

I Tried So Very Hard Not To Lose It
I Came Up With A Million Excuses
I Thought I Thought Of Every Possibility

And I Now Someday That It'll All Turn Out
You'll Make Me Work So We Can Work To Work It Out
And I Promise You Kid That I'll Give So Much More Than I Get
I Just Haven't Met You Yet

Mmmmm ....

I Might Have To Wait
I'll Never Give Up
I Guess It's Half Time
And The Other Half's Luck
Wherever You Are
Whenever It's Right
You Come Out Of Nowhere And Into My Life

And I Know That We Can Be So Amazing
And Baby Your Love Is Gonna Change Me
And Now I Can See Every Possibility

Hmmmmm ......

How about alpha song of the year? Even with Drake on it, still ice cold.

99 Problems is pretty alpha in my book, even so Jay Z sucks Nas's dick.

"Grenade" is the only Bruno Mars song I know, and that's pretty beta.

That song's a few years old. It is pretty pathetic though.
