What did you do with your day? Is it what you set out to do? Did you fuck around, or did you make shit happen?
I work for myself and struggle with this, so thought it would be useful to put shit out in the open to create stakes for keeping myself honest on a daily basis. Feel free to chime in with your own daily reports.
I'll start with my day, March 26 2013:
Goals:
Spend 3-4 hours on researching the best type of website theme to create for themeforest.net, my next business project
Practice guitar for 2 hours
Go for an hour long swim
Stick to my diet (fresh mean green veggie juice + bulletproof coffee for breakfast, green smoothie for lunch, fish + rice + avocado for dinner)
Do my rehab protocol for a ruptured low back disc (inversion therapy + staying reclined while seated + no aggravating activities)
What I Actually Did:
Went for an ocean swim for an hour at 9am
Practiced pentatonic scale on guitar for about an hour
Looked into the best North American cities to move to as alternatives to Thailand for the short term
Researched theme ideas on themeforest.net for an hour
Entered several online poker sit n gos
Watched porn for half an hour (trying to cut out or cut back severely on porn)
Drank more whiskey (at home) than I planned to (after several days of zero drinking) after 8pm
Did my inversion therapy and spent most my time seated in a reclining chair
Fucked around on the net (including RVF) for an hour
Stuck to diet except for not making the veggie juice
Summary
Not an ideal day, but not a total bust.

Good thread idea.
Side note: you can still play online poker in the U.S.?

30 minute workout, 4 hours of work, then forced myself to do street approaches for the first time. It was awkward, very awkward but I can see how one gets into a "zone" after a while. I got 2 numbers from mediocre girls (I picked everything that was not fat for my first practice day), encouraged to do more tomorrow.

Goals: Look for a new wage slave master (i.e. job)
Write > 3000 words
Clean out my care
Go to the gym
What I actually did:
- Called about one job and couldn't get through
- Wrote about 500 words
- Went to the gym and half assed it.
- Spent most of the day reading a novel instead.
I am coming to believe I may be currently sick since I have no energy and feel very tired.

Yeah I feel like I'm fighting something of too, was pretty out of it today.
30 min swim in pool
2 hours guitar practice
2 hours work / research
Way too much time on RVF / internet
After about 3PM I was pretty useless after getting hit with malaise, fatigue feeling
Diet wasn't all clean, yet another day of not juicing

Wrote most the day off, feel like ass. Sick? Probably.
2 hours guitar practice
2 hours losing money at online poker
Too many hours at places like this
11 hours of sleep
Ate brown rice + fish + eggs + bulletproof coffee
In other news, LA seems to be topping the charts for best contendor for my next city as I consider more variables. Never thought I'd set foot in that place.

I was worthless today. My best friend came to visit from Vegas and it threw me off my grind. I went and bought a whole bunch of food at the store with the intention of eating healthy, but my boy gets a company allowance since he's traveling for work and treated me to unhealthy food the last couple days. I woke up hung over and didn't want to do shit. Tomorrow I'm gonna take another chill day, but I will clean the house, and back on the grind monday.
My goals for Monday:
Eat good
Work out for at least an hour
Get suited up and go on a serious job search
