North Palm Beach police say Ivan Brannan was working out when the 36-year-old Capriati approached him and yelled at him. Brannan told police that he tried to get away by walking to the men's locker room, but Capriati blocked his path and punched him in the chest.

Brannan told police he and Capriati broke up in 2012 and that she has harassed and stalked him since then.

I think its important to do this on twitter and via email whenever something positive like this occurs to encourage similar decisions in the future.

We need to overwhelm the hateposts some companies will get for making decisions like this with our own positive ones. The whole tech space/Silicon Valley scene is proof of something I'd long suspected: the more beta the men, the more despicable and entitled women get. A woman like Adria Richards would get laughed out of town in the cool circles in NYC, Miami or LA.
