I have a penchant for weird songs that are catchy and sound fantastic.

Something with an unusual hook which grabs you straight away. Often these songs get forgotten about unless they become 'one-hit wonders'.

Anyway - these songs can be quite difficult to find. So I just wanted to start a thread where some could be shared:

First Philip Glass. This one sounds like the workings of an automata:

And a classic from Brain Eno (which takes a while to get going). It is famous in this country as the theme to the Arena documentary TV series:
