Try to get to 50 posts, and look around the forum. Probably not a good idea to post your email that visible on this forum though. There are a few members in philly and nearby. Ideally we would like to get more together.
I have to say, the Gayborhood area (around 13th St. between Chestnut and Walnut) is such a good spot for volume on the weekends. There are so many girls just walking the streets that one doesn't even need to go into one of the many bars (and there are many). The looks vary but I would say the range is anywhere from 4-8. As one would expect, most are your typical post-college white American girl with the occasional appearance by students and older women depending on the venue. Crowded venues and sizeable groups are common and isolation is tough without a good wingman. Most of these girls tend to be quick to call an Uber and disappear once it gets to a certain point in the night (sometimes starting as early as 12:30).

Funny enough, I have heard that. Even though some areas have stepped up in terms of live-ability, the nightlife sounds like it was better in previous years. Social media affected that, no doubt.
Also just came from a singles event tonight. It mirrored the weird dichotomy I see in Philly chicks. Granted, there are some cute ones here. But the vast majority: 5's, 6's, and maybe a couple 7's sprinkled in. You would think they would be easier to pickup because of that. Ironically, they're just as, if not more picky, than the 9's and 10's in other major cities.
I like all girls, not just white girls. But it's weird. I usually get eye-f**ked by the hotter 9 and 10's in NYC, NJ, etc. Especially blondes. So I moved out here like damn, then should be a piece of cake. More foot traffic and competitive rent.
But the average ones in Philly seem very indifferent and not as interested in me. I don't know if it's because they're not as exposed or as adventurous as the stereotypical hot chick. Some guys would say at least this problem works out in my favor. But again, it's still very weird. Smh. Lol.

The weird thing is that 4s, 5s, and 6s tend to have bigger egos and worse attitudes than 9s and 10s. My theory is that average-ish women are still fu*kable to most men, while not being intimidating. So because of that, mediocre-looking women get approached far more often than the smokeshows, causing the former to have disproportionately large egos.

I did this yesterday with a girl. It's a pure shit show of drunk people (mostly white and early-late 20's) in various parts of the city. University City in particular was a madhouse because of all the Penn and Drexel students. As early as 11 AM I saw drunk girls out and about in groups with their usual outfits showing a bit of belly and cleavage (although I can't recall too many girls higher than a 7). If you can game in crowds and a higher energy atmosphere then Erin Express is great. If I weren't with the girl, I definitely wouldn't have done any part of it, but that's just me.
So the past few months I've avoided going out at night to venues around the city. Part of it was dissatisfaction with the night scene here and another part of it was being burned out from night game in general. However, I've done some research and am beginning to explore the burgeoning hotel rooftop lounge scene here in the city. It's not on the same level of NYC, but could be a viable option for meeting some higher quality women that I wouldn't see otherwise. This is a scene I definitely want to get in on before it gets too overrun with the unsophisticated and insular college and post-college crowds that plague a lot of the nightlife spots in CC and Old City
