Lisbon is a beautiful city. It´s different from everything you might have seen before. It´s also cheap. There´s a reason why you speak portuguese in Brazil, Africa, India, East Timor and China, all the ships that discovered those places were portuguese. Ferdinand Magellan was the first to make a round the world trip.
GIRLS:
The average girl you will see in the streets will be between 5 or 6. The higher quality goes hand in hand with higher social status, in those circles you can get 7´s 8´s and ocasional 9.
Cause of the typical portuguese coblestone forget high heels.
Clubs are normally 60 to 70% guys. Unless you go to the rich people parties. There it´s the other way around.
Doing cold aproaches in clubs is useless, I believe the success rate most be bellow 10%. Having a common friend will help things out. Why? because if she goes out with you again, she can´t tell her friends that she met you in a club. She would be labbeled worse than a whore, some friends could even stop talking to her. She need to tell her friends that you are friends of ..... and that´s how she met you. If she hooks up with u without a common friend, she will not tell anyone.
The K-close doesn´t normally happen in the bar or club. It will happen after. There are not many people making out in clubs in the end of the night.

They are extremely childish and shallow, but if you decide so, they normally will stick with you for the rest of their lifes. Even if you cheat, beat them, whatever. It´s not uncommon to see couples that met when they were 14 years old and continue till they die.
Guys are agressive in gaming (only beaten by brazilians and maybe italians, although I think we do it differently). I´ve heard so many foreign chicks complaining about they´re not used to this agressivness. If the girl gives just a hint she likes you, which in Portugal means giving eye contact more than 1 second, guys will automatically aproach. I think Roosh mentioned something about argentineans guys pulling girls hair in the club. Inmediately came to my mind one night I was with my older brother and he pulled a girl+s hair that was passing, she looked back and smiled. Getting a number in a club means zero. Don´t even bother. Unless you have something common happening with the girl (classes, work, same group of friends) it´s useless to text her. This is obviously the rule, but you might get lucky.
Girls know you cheat on them. I have almost no friends that haven´t cheated on their girls and they know it. Going for p4p is so common between guys. I´m not into that. It´s the favourite genre of music of people between 23 and 35 years old (not mine). There´s no hip hop clubs, neither hip hop nights in Lisbon that I´m aware. Go figure.
On wednesdays Silk is a good place to take a chick.
Thursdays: the venue changes, nowadays the spot to be is Urban Beach. But tommorow will be the closing party of the theme, still don´t know what will be next.
Fridays it´s the night when kids go out (bellow 20´s). Can´t recommend you a good club. Maybe Jamaica in Cais do Sodré or go to Docas.
The best is to hang around in Bairro Alto, the equivalent of the brasilian Lapa in Rio. Just less dirtier and dangerous.
Saturday: For portuguese girls Plateau, for portuguese and foreign chicks go to Lux (seems Malkovich is one of the owners), for brasilian girls, there´s a great brasilian party in Bar da Ponte Docas. The only bad thing about brasilians girls in Portugal is that the hotter normally end up in p4p or become agressive to portuguese guys due to the discrimination of being perceived as a hooker.
Sundays: There are places to go out. I´m not up to date on this one.
Bairro Alto is a mix place. rich people, rastafaris, goths, foreigners, gays, there´s everything there. It´s not a place for clubbin but more to talk with a beer in the hand. There are some very small dance floor, a good one is bedroom bar. I lived in Bairro Alto for one year. It was great leaving a bar with a girl and not have to hear her talk more than 5 minutes till I reach my apartment.
Food is good. Seafood, steaks, you name it. It´s normally simple. Might be compared to Brazilian (feijoada, etc.).
For restaurants it depends on your budget.
For daygame try malls. Girls that work in malls are normally easy to open. Colombo, Amoreiras, Corte Inglés and Armazens do Chiado.
Being a foreigner will give u zero status. Girls will not be easier or nicer because your a foreigner. People in general will treat you well. Portuguese hospitality is famous. But they don´t cross a line. If you wanna get portuguese chicks as a foreigner I recommend going to alternative like more art, girls from Marketing, actresses. If your rich go directly to high social circles. To get into having a nice car, playing Rugby and Surfing (or going to a posh university) will open the doors for you. If you can put up with all the social bullshit the reward will be high.
Lisbon is 15 minutes car or train ride from most beaches. Guincho is were surfer gals go. Carcavelos also not bad. My favourite Portinho da Arrabida.
Coimbra is the portuguese student town. Chances of one night stands are higher. Girls don´t live in their parents house.
Porto in the north is the second most important city.
South is were girls are slutier. Although I like more girls from the north of Portugal, cause they are more feminine and easygoing.
Conclusion: Guys don´t come here for the girls or for random sex. They are generally not good looking, hard to get and will take you too much time and effort.
Although they should be more near to Brazilians, they´re not. A paralel between argentinean and portuguese chicks is easier to be drawn, with the small differences that argentineans at least are hot. However if you´re into a longer stay (more than 3 months) want to relax in one of the safest places in Europe, willing to take the effort to find a nice latina girl that will treat you well (cook, etc,), with great weather almost all year, good food (seafood) and great beaches Portugal is a good option. Things go slow around here. After I´m 35 I will settle in Lisbon.
