This is one I've experienced a few times - wondering what other guys around here do in this situation. It usually throws me for a loop, which is not good when trying to hold frame. I believe when the girl says it she is being sincere. I usually say thanks. What do you guys do?

To me, that would still be an issue. Not accustomed to hearing that, and not knowing how to respond to it.

If a girls says youre hot, it really doesn't matter if you are not accustomed to it (ugly duckling syndrome myself) or how you react, she pretty much wants the D already. Let others guys worry about witty responses in order to create attraction, attraction is already there for you, just run FAG game from there.

I'm having a hard time getting results from the gym. Although, I'm only around 5 months in. Started with a cut (I was getting pudgy), went from 165 to 135. 3 days a week of Muay Thai and 3 days of lifting. And lifting meaning the good stuff, not just machines (squats, barbell curls, dips, dumbbell flyes, etc).

I'm pretty average height, though. Anything above 145 and I get pudgy. I know I need to eat more, but I have a mental block because of the great response I've had by losing the excess weight.

I'm only 5'8, though. Anything above 145 and I get pudgy. I know I need to eat more, but I have a mental block because of the great response I've had by losing the excess weight.
Time to alter the diet. Just focus on putting on good weight, even if it's only 1-1 and 1/2 pounds a month.

Once by a chubby middle aged mom in a coffee shop who exclaimed it to me as she walked out with her order as I was standing in line. "I just have to tell you that you are absolutely beautiful."
Then a confirmed lesbian commented to a female friend of mine who shared a picture of us. My friend's comment to me was was "Face it, you are hot."
It was a nice ego boost both times and made me a little more bold and forward in approaching women.
