I think if a girl is into the well-dressed, polite type.. it will work wonders. It all depends on the girl. I know, for myself, when in England I do find the girls (and people in general) quite a bit more polite. Going from Egypt to England, for example, it is night and day.

Its a great accent, not really heard in London anymore, the accent you'll hear in inner-city London has been altered due to immigration into a combination of cockney, Caribbean patois and Indian/Pakistani accents. Its known as 'Jafaican' or more correctly Multicultural London English. Its not a nice accent, and watch any 'urban' Brit film in recent years you'll notice it immediately. It generally bought me 3 mins that I would have had to work for if I was in Australia. In those 3 mins I just plant seeds to heighten my chances of getting further.
