Booze-free Bachelor Party Suggestions

Fellas,
Long story short, my brother is getting married at the end of the spring and as the best man, I'm in charge of setting shit up for his bachelor party. Now, normally I would just slap together a weekend shitshow in a destination like Charleston or Austin, but my brother is a different sort of creature. He doesn't drink, and isn't really into partying, so I'm trying to think of something more active and unconventional.
My original idea was to assemble a Tough Mudder team (my bro is a beast), but scheduling and logistics ended up making this impossible. Some other ideas I've been playing with are whitewater rafting and skydiving. Ideally, the activity could be done in a morning/afternoon and we'd have a big bbq afterwards with some additional family members.
If any RVF-ers have any suggestions for (or have participated in) a fun but unconventional bachelor party, let me know. My bro is a great dude, and I'd like to show him a good time with his buddies before he gets wifed up.
Thanks in advance.

How about abducting him for a 50 year long party? It will be almost free, courtesy of half his future income not being confiscated...

My brother is the same way. Hasn't had a sip of booze in 10 years.
For his bachelor party we did a morning of golfing, followed by paint ball and then a big BBQ after. It worked out great for us logistically because all these things are within a short drive from a cabin we own.
I think it worked out great. Golfing in the morning before it gets really hot is always best. After even if guys are tired the rush of getting shot at will keep you going in the afternoon when guys get tired. Followed by a big feast and then maybe some poker and cigars. If you have a cabin or can rent out something for an evening is a good idea.

I went white water rafting(well kayaking) with a few friends. We camped out afterwords and headed back in the morning. Maybe you guys could do that?
We brought alcohol though. I'm not sure how much fun camping out is if you don't drink.

I like the idea of zero-alcohol as a lifestyle choice, but it is too damn difficult, especially as a Brit, where most people's idea of 'letting go' involves alcohol.
I mean, I've met religious Saudis, who, when exposed to Western living, got drunk at every opportunity!

To me this is kind of like asking which steakhouse would you take your vegan friend to.

Isn't a bachelor party without booze called a baby shower?

Thanks to those that have made suggestions.
I think the title of this thread is a bit misleading. There will certainly be booze at the BBQ and I'm assuming plenty of participants will get after it a bit, myself included. I was just looking for suggestions for an activity during the day that is not necessarily booze-centric but would still be a good time for my bro and his buddies.

Rent a nice cabin in The woods, I went to a BP where we had a luxurious cabin/house in Yosemite for a weekend. Try a different National park, Yosemite is super crowded.

Is this a large group?
If there's no booze involved for a morning activity I could recommend paintball, trap shooting, or definitely skydiving if you can swing it.

Where are you and what is the weather like?
I would say a water slide park but it might be too cold where you are? Snowboarding? White water rafting is a great idea, as you mentioned. Paintball is great too. Think of shit you did as a boy growing up and put a spin on it. Build a quick tree house in the woods and shoot BB guns at little birds and sht. Stuff like that can be really fun with out alcohol as long as you arent afraid to get creative with it.
