chris jones who has a pretty cool youtube channel called physiques of greatness just did the same thing and the doctor told him 2-4 weeks. I would just do whatever lifts you can that dont hurt and make sure you stretch everything out before you lift. Maybe do some real lightweight wrist curls

Take the time to let it heal. I fucked up my wrist a few months back and tried to jump back into things a week or so after when it started to feel "normal". I ended up messing it back up and it took way longer to heal (almost 2 months). Work on your legs and areas which you can avoid using your wrists. After about 2 weeks wrap the hell out of it and just use machines on very low weights for high rep ranges. I did this and did not loose as much in mass/gains as anticipated but it was noticeable for me. Just be safe with it because now unless I am taped up I won't go heavy on dumb-bells because psychologically it fucked me up.

Good advice, Kosko.

The only thing I'd add to Kosko's advice: check your technique. You must be doing something wrong to have injured your wrist. Do you keep your hand and wrist straight? Do you rest the weight on your wrist instead of holding it in your grip?

Check out these links for a technical discussion of the problem:
