I don't want to take anything away from what OP did because I think it's super solid and a feat just about anybody here should be proud of if they accomplished it.

But doesn't this make anybody else kind of depressed? To go through so much effort and so much rejection to only convert on 1 in 20 attempts?

When I sold blow in college I had a 0% approach rate and a potential conversion rate of >10% of any female I interacted with. I don't have any actual numbers because I was too busy getting laid to keep track, but it could have approached as high as 20%. Also, I say potential because I was getting laid enough that I shut down the girls who were 7s and below who I could have hooked up with.

Everytime I read these numbers of super successful guys saying they are converting so little, it really sours me on the whole going out thing and makes me want to put everything I have towards building the right lifestyle. Rejection feels to me like a blade being forced into my abdomen.

I wonder, OP, do you think you could have done significantly better had you just worked towards building a lifestyle that naturally attracted women?

edit: I never offered drugs for sexual favors ever. I actually charged the ones I liked a little bit more. Interestingly enough, I converted the ones I charged more at a higher rate.

In 90% of all cases a rejection is in fact NOTHING happening. Just silence, being ignored or a polite brush off. It's hardly earth shattering.

Do you think that the low, compared to the average mans ego anyway, pull count was venue, game, aesthetics, type of girl, or a combination? Yknow what, it probably is a combination, do you have any idea which factor was more important in your findings?

I would love to have a "lifestyle that naturally attracted women" but the downside is you have to be around women all the time.

Any supps you take prior sleep and after waking up?
What time do you usually get to sleep when you were out partying?
How long do you sleep?

Thanks for reviving. Despite hearing and reading about low conversion rates for the last few years since taking the Red Pill, it's reading Roosh's Poosy Paradise and now this thread and other sources when it's really sinking in...it's ALL numbers (plus slight advances for bein' smoove)

It's liberating and lowers my anxiety to know I can approach, get numbers, grab a drink, even get them back to apartment...and at every step, rejection is not only possible but probable (maybe +50% once in apartment). And to not beat myself up over it, just learn from it and move on.

Guys, 5% is A LOT.

My theory is that an ordinary man gets laid with around 1% of the women he meets in his life. And that is taking into account that he is actually doing something to get laid, even if its "beta" behaviour like going on dates or texting all day a woman who doesnt replies.

Problem is that an ordinary man hardly meets more than a thousand women through all his entire life.

5% is 1 out of 20. Any guy with even a little game can approach 10 different women in a night. Once you get some practice, you can learn to recognize what women will give you a better chance of closing the deal and which one are just wasting time, so instead of doing hundreds of approaches getting nothing, you do dozens and get somewhere.

1 out of 20, so if you are approaching 10 per night, and going out 4 night a week, thats 2 fresh new bangs every week. How many men do you know that get laid that much, yet alone with NEW women?

And thats not counting leads you can get through passively on Tinder or other platforms, or the new girls you meet through your everyday activities.

Some newbies will say 2 girls a week is impossible. The 2/10 guys will say thats nothing. But 5% is more than most men can handle.

Observational approach about her shoes or clothing....followed by something else for example? Or you go direct or just mix it up?

I'm going to be suited down in a big city starting in a few days and I'm trying to get some ideas.

5% is absolutely crushing it most likely with some heavy pre-screening your approaches through tastes and experience.

1-2% is doing well.

2-3% with girls that are 7+? Ridiculously good in my opinion.

I'd wager only a couple dozen guys on this board maybe and most likely they are high rolling in a country where they have higher status than at home.

You need to create your own unique template.

Craft the "story of your life" into an entertaining, engaging narrative.

Have your best stories ready, describe your best moments, highlight your strengths, hide your weaknesses. Come up with a few good jokes, etc.

It almost like a stand up comedian crafting his show material.
