Brooklyn Nets general manager Billy King issued a statement Tuesday saying that the team is aware that a member of the squad is involved in an ongoing police investigation.
"We will have no further comment until the investigation has concluded," the statement said. "All of our players are available for tonight's game."

Multiple media outlets in Philadelphia cite police as saying they are investigating a possible sexual assault at the Four Seasons Hotel. According to reports, a 21-year-old woman was taken by ambulance to a local hospital around 4 a.m.
Police told ESPNNewYork.com that no charges have been filed but the investigation is continuing. Investigators told NBC in Philadelphia that a Nets player was in the suite but not in the bedroom where the alleged assault took place. According to the report, the player, a 41-year-old man and a 25-year-old man were taken into custody for questioning.
