Just like with chasing girls, we have to find ways to increase efficiency.
Healthier food for LESS time/money.
I make these foods a lot because they are Healthy, Cheap, and FAST
-Oatmeal
-Pan Fried Vegetables (Easy, tasty, creates zero belly fat)
-Quinoa (cooks in 10 minutes, has protein)
- Eggs
-Yams
Other staples are: avocados, nuts, fruit, baked or grilled chicken and fish

Microwavable Brown Rice has been a big help.

I often carry around food in glass containers.
Simple little meals like:
Rice+Beans -- Rice and eggs -- Eggs and avocado -- oatmeal with berries -- Apples and peanut butter -- Trail mix -- Rice and vegetables -- Yams

I also try to limit the number of times I eat out per week

Lately, I have been combining baked or boiled chicken with veges and brown rice into a pan for a stir fry type of dish.
For dessert, I try to have fruit.
