Yeah we have talked about this in passing a few times.

If you noticed the last few times we day gamed I'd grab a coffee or some sort of caffiene then I'd be in the mood to pick up and would "flip the switch".

Usually, it's a "heater" where numbers/closes all happen very fast (we had one of these a few months ago where every single approach some how worked in 1hour) then it suddenly just died, maybe this is just due to timing.

So I guess what I'd say is, what would you do to keep that extreme high up for a long-period. Sounds like same stuff though more practice and more rest ha.

Note i'm doing multiple red eye flights this week alone! I feel this is a great time to try and be in state 24/7 even off no sleep. Some sort of monk like practice if you will. Been opening at the airport etc, getting bogged by the 12 hour mark or so.

Time to get your mile high notch?

@WhiteFang, there's a sick remix of Hypercrush's Werk Me by Overwerk. There was some video made for it by a fan, and god damn it was awesome. Not sure where it can be found these days though

Basically I am experimenting with being able to execute with next to no sleep.

Yes I am a little nuts.

But am of the belief that your strength is entirely based on how good you are when you have nothing left.

Going out and pulling at night after a nap is easy, now trying to day game with no sleep for 36 hours is a whole different level of fatigue. A challenge for sure.

Easy. You need drugs.

Have you tried Provigil?

Have used the gauntlet of drugs.

The challenge is to pull it off when your body is dying. FYI this is not working out so well so far, ha.

When looked at objectively, what you are doing to yourself is doing more harm than good.

Abort, son or you'll end up like tyson

Damn Sun! You are like a mad scientist in the laboratory right now.

Experimenting with your body and brain!

It's fun to push the limits and see what is possible!!

Giovonny have you read any of Tony Robbins work? A lot of what you write about sounds very similar to what Tony Robbins teaches.

No. Do you have any links or articles/books you can recommend for me? Thanks bro.

I might want to move into "self-help" in the future. Game is basically self-improvement!

A lot of people hate on Tony Robbins kind of like people hate on Tim Ferris, Robbins is probably one of the most popular and successful "self-help gurus", but I'd bet 75% of his haters haven't even read any of his stuff.

Robbins I believe has two main books "Unlimited Power" and "Awaken The Giant Within". I thought Awaken the Giant Within was his first book for some reason so I purchased it, about 40% through it so far (it's 500 pages).

So far I really like it, although it echos a lot of what I already know, either based on life experience, my own insights, realizations, as well as other self-help and nlp style stuff I've already read. All in all, I am still enjoying it and getting value from it, even the stuff I feel like I "already know", it's positive reinforcement reading it from Robbins as well as giving me a chance to revisit and expand on those thoughts.

I can really go into his teachings, but so much of it is similar to what you write about, developing self-confidence, overcoming your fears, taking control of your own destiny.

I find it awesome that you figured so much of this stuff out without reading it from others first, you could be the next Tony Robbins as far as I'm concerned.

Edit: For what it's worth, Tyler Durden from RSD (Roosh's arch nemesis, lol) is a huge Tony Robbins fan and has been to his seminar(s).

You never read Tony Robbins book? I am shocked.

You need to read it asap. Best book i have ever read.

Check out ''awaken the giant within''. You wont regret it.

Staying in State

For me, it is not even about staying or getting "in state" as it is just maintaining equilibrium. I hate thinking of "getting in the zone" as getting
"in state" because then it means that game has not been internalized. I am always at a baseline where I tend to be aloof or not shaken up about things. I've noticed that getting "in state" tends to make my actions seem less natural and more contrived then when I am at my baseline of automatically not caring. Though, I am naturally an introvert and I tend not be a flashy person. I actually have to do extra in order to show that I actually give a shit about about the girl I'm talking to and not seem too disinterested, something most guys have to try at.

YMMV.
