Thanks for the great info! Couldn't have come at a better time since I'll be there next week for a bachelors party.

Never thought about getting my teeth cleaned and picking up women at the same time ...brilliant, considering that DR has a lot of medical schools with a high influx of foriegn students. I usually goto the salons/hair cutting places to find out where the woman party when I travel.

Hey men,

Today I met the driver and one week ago I had the opportunity to hang out during the daytime with Pitt.
It was in the book fair, and I think Pitt is a very cool and relax guy , and also an approach machine. I was surprise how easy it was for him, he is an inspiration for me We met a few girls, and one of them gave me her phone. She called me before I called her. I didnt like her so much, I was chatting with her because Pitt was interested in her friend, so, the story with that girl ended.
Robert knows a lot of good spots, the first place we went was a colmado close to UTESA university in Máximo Gómez. Unfortunately most of the students in UTESA are on vacations, there was only one girl in the colmado. I approached her, and we three were talking for a bit, before her "enamorado" picked her up with his second-hand Jeepeta.
Then, we went to Sambil. It was 4.00 pm so there were no customer, so I talked with the workers, tease a few of them and finally I got the number of one cute morenita. I liked her vibe, she was always smiling. Robert introduced me his family ( he is very charming, I also recomend him if you need a trusted taxi driver, good person ) and
showed me a few colmados and good places to go in Villa Juana, it is near Sambil, but they are good during the evening and nights in weekends. I will go there one weekend, for sure.
Because I had to met one friend to go running, he left me in my apartment.

I agree Calle Venezuela's clubs are possibly the loudest I've ever been to.

I do agree with some of the other member's posts that white guys don't especially get love here, except as a source of money / hotel / green card., etc.. That being said, I can see that if you are around enough and work the social circle, especially in the non touristy towns, white guys can do well.

Daygaming is decent here. SD overall is pretty westernized and girls aren't going to chase the average joe. My pardner seems to be doing well with inviting pipelined girls from smaller cities to visit him in SD, something I'm trying to copy. Damn tired of seeing 23 year olds on dominican cupid with an upper age target of 60 or as high as 96 ( not a joke).

Had a very good chance of making a 4 way happen this week (3 girls) but in line with my general philosophy of not working hard in foreign countries, it evaded me. Plus I had a 3 some a few months back already (paid $50 plus incidentals). Other than that, I like SD, and no doubt there is unending talent here. I actually think this might be the only truly liveable city in the country, despite all the shit locals will talk about it. I almost didnt come because so many people talked like it was hell. But it's actually pretty modern with at least one actually large mall, 21 century looking neighborhoods and commercial districts, etc. I can see myself working social circle game here, livin here for awhile. I met an american who got invited with a dominicana to visit a playa near here (about 20 miles away) where they were trying to rip his clothes off so bad that she ended up taking him home early... That's the sort of niche I need to find...

We went daygaming at Mega Centro mall yesterday. It's on the eastside and you pass through some sketchy neighborhoods to get there, but its worth it. Good amount of talent, some a little too young (underage) at least on the weekend (we went Sunday around 5:30). Within 5 minutes we had the number of an 8.5 "without a boyfriend" who likes Gringos.

on the 2nd floor is a Bar called La Barrica. The ratios in there were 10 to 1 Girls to Guys. We thought for a minute it was a hooker bar. Until we approached a set and they were shy college girls. Turns out its ladies day every Sunday till 7 pm (starting when we don't know-we were there around 5:30). There were literally 100 girls and 10 dudes in the place. It almost seemed like a dream... Too bad we had to leave quick to meet my friend's girlfriend. The bar is open Fri and Sat till 3am and other days till 1am as I recall. But probably best ratios would be ladies day.

I have been back In DR for few weeks now, i love this place, i don't want to live anywhere else haha.

New general thoughts about DR:

The people here are very fearful of everything. The women are not too inclined to talk to strangers, if the women here were approachable as the women in the UK, this place would be the most perfect place on planet earth (they are the easiest, the hottest but they are not the most approachable women in the world). I usually try to open them in english and then i switch to spanish to make the conversation easier, however most of the time they just assume that I am a local guy pretending to be a foreigner, this shit is just annoying. I just approached a chick few minutes ago and she was so scaried (but interested) that she was asking me one million questions to see if i would tell her the ''truth' that i was a dominican, i had to show her my passport to show her that I am not from here (thats the first time i showed my passport to a chick here) and even after that she wouldn't believe me, she said i could just make a fake passport. She called this other lady and asked her if she knew me, this lady was ''yeah i know him, he is dominican'' haha..i was like wtf..''this lady is just hating because im talking to you and she doesnt look as fly as you''..long story short..she gave me her facebook, i think at the end she believed me that i wasnt from here.

It worries me that they live in a fearful state and they avoid talking to strangers, the worse a neighbourhood is, the less they are likely to talk to you, unless you are in a hood and you know the locals, then they are more likely to talk to you.

Girls that bring their friends on the first date, i quickly get rid of them. I just tell them..''why did you bring your friend and you didnt tell me anything? I am out'' I just walk away and leave them, I don't have any patience for that kind of shit.

Girls that you are constantly banging assume that they are in a relationship with you. I had this girl calling girls on my phone and telling them that i was her boyfriend and they need to leave me alone..i quickly got rid of her. She was a 9.5 in my book when i met her,...now she became fat and annoying,..i had to get rid of her. Avoid drama queens here.

I have been working on my fearless state a lot. I just gave a freestyle session in la duarte inside this jewelry shop, i do this every saturday (caribbean soul saw me doing this)..i just walk inside the shop..ask the lady for the mic...around 50 people inside the shop every time..i rap for all of them..i sing a bunch of non-sense stuff..i check if im really not giving a fuck..i increase the non giving a fuck attitude and i leave the shop.Its a great exercise for the fearless man, I like working on my public speaking skills and non giving a fuck attitude..but i think my show finished today haha..the manager called me out and told me that they use the mic to advertise their products and not to freestyle.

I bought a bunch of new clothes before i got here, i felt a huge difference . Girls really value your fashion sense here. Dress up when you come here, you will stand out.

The night scene here has been dead. I went out last friday and all clubs were dead. Went out again last night with caribbean soul and all clubs were dead again. I dont know wtf is going on here.

Yeah thats the thing that always blows me. When they think your a dominican whose lying. They be like, U caaant be American.(WTF) I get the same in NYC, but it helps you in NYC, it fuks shit up in DR.

There are places and circumstances in SD where you can get "love at first sight" (decent looking girls willing to talk to strangers).

The public university: U A S D (inside the campus and surrounding areas).

The outer cities that are part of the SD metro area and some lower-middle class neighborhoods (not ghettos) in SD. But you need to know someone who lives there.

(Here`s an easy one)... Just approach a female employee of any store (preferably big ones). The problem is that most of these girls are average looking or lower, and a few of them will try to force you to buy their shit. Just ignore both.

(I havent tried this one in a while)... Maybe the zona colonial, as long as you avoid the pros and the freelancers.


There are more situations, but I dont think you can get there on your own.
