San Francisco: The Toronto Of The US

I don't understand all the hate, I got laid in SF and probably could have done a lot of damage if I were there long term. I don't think it's a city where PUA bullshit will work, those girls will sniff it out in a second. It's a city where you find your scene, whether it's upscale (Redwood Room/fancy hotel bars), hipstery (The Mission) or yuppie (anywhere in the Marina), talk to people, be friendly and interesting....good things will happen.

It also has amazing food and nature so there's plenty of distractions besides gaming. You won't be nailing 2 girls/day like in the Phillipines but I really don't think it's that much harder than any other American city and certainly sounds easier than Toronto.

The only cities I would recommend are Walnut creek, Berkeley or Emeryville for single dudes. Everywhere else including SF fucking sucks for women.

yeah, the East Bay always seemed like the most normal/American part of the bay area. The West Valley, Peninsula, City & Marin are a bubble unlike anywhere else in the US.

San Francisco sounds a lot like Boston in terms of quality and ratios. Boston has similar quality in its bars.

Have you guys tried social circle gaming? In cities with crappy night life, the best success i get is through friends. Be cool, interesting, well dressed, and above all fit and you'll score consistently every time.

ok update on SF since I live in the bay area and I have been hitting SF a lot more often:

1. as people have said before, you need to find your scene here. there's a shitload of scenes in SF (a relief to me as this has kept my sanity because I am still stuck in the shitty North Bay suburbs). I am still trying to find my scene, as I have told 99% of my suburban friends who I grew up with to fuck off because of their closed minded and annoying attitudes.

2. if you want hot bay area girls, hit up the girls from the far east bay suburbs from the I-680 corridor (Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, San Ramon, etc.). That place has good looking girls, more so with white girls but better looking. now, they're good looking but they have typical middle class suburbanite girl attitudes (materialistic, bitchy as fuck, and braindead). I would try these, as I go to school in Concord but I lose my boner the minute I hear them talk....

3. The good thing about SF and the bay area in general is that it attracts tourists and immigrants from ALL OVER THE WORLD!!! I have found Turkish chicks here, Spanish, Chilean, Brazilian, you name it. and the good thing right there, NO FUCKING SHITTY ANGLOSPHERE ATTITUDES!!! For me personally, I try the foreign girls because I am super tired of dealing with the American girls, unless those said american girls don't have any major fuck ups. I would recommend any guy here to try that.

conclusions....:" Don't come for the girls. Come for the lifestyle. If you have game, you will do just fine.

If you want top shelf quality and endless quantity, go somewhere else.

If you like a laid back lifestyle, good weather, great food, outdoors, the ocean, progressive attitudes, unique culture - come here.

Also, we have great diversity of women and they are open to dating outside their race. Here, you can date white, black, latina, asian, mixed, etc. No one cares. Everybody fucks everybody"

^the conclusion there. don't say I didn't warn ya. any more questions about the bay area, ask me and I'll gladly answer them for ya. have a nice night. [Image: smile.gif]

Heh..that's the trick nowadays with these American girls isn't it?

Since 90% of them have had crappy Feminist/PC/entitlement values instilled in them at least on some level, and since many have that annoying 'vocal fry' or some variant of it and/or are incredibly stupid/unaware of world issues and moral values it's really tough for me to deal with them and feel attraction at all. No femininity either for the most part which makes it harder from a biological standpoint too I assume.

Good post anyway. The one thing about SF is that it sorta ticks all the boxes until you get to the women part. The city really is in a beautiful setting and there are so many things to do. But the 'progressive' nature of the city really is what is killing a lot of the fun/value of being out there. Being surrounded by a bunch of lame, 'gender neutral' speech-code loving progs (and let's face it, gays) who have little understanding of the real world and how things work has to get old. Thus I fully understand the rationale of just dealing with the new immigrants and 1st generation girls who are much more well rounded and 'down to earth' and typically still have better values (and are just more fun too).

I was reading that and thinking... "fuck, "thats exactly what I would have said", then I realized -- I did say that:

It's a cool city but it ain't Miami or NYC. (in terms of girls)

You guys make some great recommendations about where to go and where to avoid.

One of the keys is learning to avoid the bums, femi-nazis, gays, fat/ugly chicks, and weirdos. This is seriously a skill that took me years to develop. I have trained myself to not let them register on my radar, I don't ever make eye contact with them or even awknowledge them.

The more aware of them you are the worse your experience will be.

I live in SF but I pretend I'm in Miami. I only see sexy girls.

yup, that's the trick. i would only invest my time with an american girl if she is nice, interesting, is not braindead, not annoying, and adheres to my principle of friendships and dating (give some, take some, and vice-versa). any deviation from this and it's "hasta la vista baby." all of the above, is what makes my boner fall faster than Niagara Falls whenever I hear 90% of all physically attractive american women speak. they give the "equal rights" crap, the stupid ignorant and closed minded attitudes, and wanting me to be their ATM machine. some guys in this forum could maintain their boner with those girls but I can't. My boner is only maintained whenever I hear a descent looking girl speak normally and not in a crappy typical feminist/PC/entitled/ignorant attitude of american girls.

thanks. and you know, i would have loved to actually live within the limits of SF but it's too expensive and I'll rather go to other places of the world to try out new stuff. SF is a cool city but once you lived in the bay area your whole life, you want something new. [Image: smile.gif]

absolutely true. the "progressive" attitude is not truly progressive; it's rather a "liberal" tyranny that seeks to oppress anything that's not "progressive." example: when trying to small talk with people, one has to be careful one doesn't "hurt" someone else's feelings. lol.

lol. whenever I open my mouth, those types of people you mentioned above always call me the following things: sexist (because I don't like feminism), racist (because I say that the problems plaguing the black community have a lot to do with liberal welfare programs, which is true if anybody does some research), homophobic (because I oppose gay marriage, even though I could care less about gays in general), overtly conservative (because I believe that a nuclear family is the one and only type of family that works), loser, etc. I just laugh when they call me those things because first, they say they're open minded but when I give them my opinion, they bring in the PC police on me. lol.

man, the immigrant girls would be a total goldmine for me though if I was in my mid 20s to early 30s (I am 20 right now). the immigrant girls tend to be of that age and they want guys of that age range. funny enough, too many bay area guys that I know ignore the potential that those immigrant girls have. the excuses range from "I want a girl who speaks perfect english" ( [Image: icon_lol.gif] ) to simply being a bunch of pussies.

what every man should know before touching SF.

I am starting to develop this skill as well, since I mostly concentrate on trying to look for foreign girls. the good thing about bay area girls when trying to set them aside; 95% of them dress like shit. this is the biggest indicator for them and I immediately shut them off, besides the other vibes they give off that any bay area native already knows all too well. It is impossible to have a conversation about anything in SF without toeing the party line (so called liberalism, feminism, pro-gay).

I just want to say:

Understand the difference between someone migrated to San Francisco and someone who is FROM San Francisco.

SF attracts all the people who didn't fit in back in their home states, they come here and feel like they have the right to "express" themselves in whatever way possible. It often seems forced. They come here to "find themselves" and "explore".

Native San Franciscans have been witnessing this for years.

These are 2 very different groups of people.

Next time you are talking to someone who lives in SF, ask them if they were born and raised here or if they came here from somewhere else.

The elite class of San Francisco is not nearly as liberal as you might think. We voted against gay marriage less then 10 years ago. Look it up

apply this also to people in the Bay Area in general. native Bay Area people like me are also different to transplants from other parts of the country as well (foreigners don't apply on this). Native Bay Area people are also more conservative than people think. People would be surprised hearing the crap I did growing up here, and would think they're in the middle of Alabama rather, lol.

An older relative of mine from SF explained this to me in so many words once saying that the transplants are mostly 'fruits and nuts' (his words) which I thought was pretty funny. He also was always complaining about them and how narcissistic and shallow a lot of these people are, especially in places like Mill Valley, Sausalito and some of the higher end Marin neighborhoods. Basically they were totally into themselves and not very neighborly or just ignored everyone else on the block.
