Have you tried Athlean's workout? Love his channel and curious about the actual workout.

This guy is a unit, and has some decent DIY equipment instructions if you're into low-tech stuff.

The guy who runs this is a hell of a human being. He is able to perform like this despite having broken his back twice, he has a tumor in his brain, is an insomniac, and works a highly demanding job that has him out of town regularly, so a typical day of eating is often 5x protein shakes, some vegetables, an some peanut butter to snack on. And he is lifetime natural.

I don't really follow a lot of people in the fitness industry, but I've learned a lot from this guy's values and principles for training. To me, he embodies everything your training should be about.

Here's one of his training templates: http://www.neversate.com/wrath/2015/7/18...for-august

If anybody is into sprinting, biomechanics and the physiology of sprinting/weight lifting, look no further than 'Speed endurance.com.' It has the stamp of approval from some of the top athletics coaches in the world. i.e. Dan Pfaff.

Also, this guy on instagram called 'Ross Edgely' does some decent posts on contemporary fitness studies. He's a bit wanky, borders on crossfit-type fitness but if you can see around that he's not too bad.

+1 for A-X. I've done several rounds of the AX-1 workout and it's worked very well for me. I like that it's short (20-40 mins), varied, is built by a real, educated, professional athletic trainer. I also like that it's easy to integrate the strength workouts with my martial arts. I typically just do the A-X strength, and my MA training for cardio/endurance.

Very happy with tho. Am looking to try AX-2 next or some other routine he offers.

Martin Berkhan's http://www.leangains.com

His approach is a combo of intermittent fasting + eating 2-3 meals/day + reverse pyramid training based on the most important exercises per every muscle group. And it's the shit.

I started some time ago and it works nice for me. Finally I don't need to stress out about eating 5-7 meals per day etc. Besides eating first meal around noon is great for me cause I hate breakfasts. Furthermore RPT style of workout is more "fun" so to speak, it's a challenge every session from the get go, unlike regular workout where you just add more weight each set to reach x number sets/reps. I'm still quite new to this but the progress is promising and diet fits me perfectly.
