This varies exceptionally on a country by country basis. But of men who are over 25 and travel solo or with all male companions to places outside of North America I'm sure the number is very high.

It's a lot more common with older guys from my personal observation - especially with those from blue collar backgrounds. I bet the percent is lower now than it was decades ago.
