What is everyone's winter workout plan?
11-12-2012, 07:55 AM
I usually let myself gain a little bit of weight over the winter since its freezing out (Brooklyn), and it is a good time to try to put on some size. The one thing I have learned is that I HAVE to do some type of cardio year round for me to stay relatively cut. This is my current routine:
Monday: Chest/forearms/ 3 miles outside 6-730 pace
Tuesday: Back/ 3 miles outside/ abs
Weds: Rest
Thursday: Arms/ 3 miles outside/abs
Friday: Shoulders/ 3 miles outside/ abs
Saturday: 3-5 mile outside
Sunday: Rest
I don't take any supplements because they always make me fat, but I consume eggs like a champ. I am 5'8, and I just weighed in 5 minutes ago at 160lbs. Power out!

I can't have sex with your personality, and I can't put my penis in your college degree, and I can't shove my fist in your childhood dreams, so why are you sharing all this information with me?

Since I play basketball a lot, I tailor all of my workouts towards that. Right now I'm doing an upper body workout. But in December ill be starting Jump Attack or Vertical Jump Bible, so a lot of squats, plyo, dead lifts, and stretching.
My upper body workout right now is
Dips,Pullups, Pull downs, renegade rows, pushups, bench press, lat raises and inverted rows. Split between two days a week.
