How about some advice on what I should be doing with this 19 year old chick?

So here's my situation,
I met a beautiful 19 year old girl a couple months ago while I was tripping on LSD at a concert. She must have fallen for me that night because she came back to my place afterwards with one of her friends, hung out for a bit while her friend who after awhile, wanted to call a cab and head home (was short of proper wingmen on this particular evening). We exchanged numbers and have been keeping in touch ever since, and I ran into her at another party where she was with another guy and I ended up successfully isolating her and offered to take her out to dinner right in front of the guy. We had a date for sushi the next day, and she told me she was spending the rest of the summer at her beach house, which I was invited to on several occasions but couldn't make it since I was busy working and having fun on my own time. We've talked a bunch since then, and finally met up with her earlier tonight at a concert. I'll admit I was a bit nervous at first, but some other smoking hot girl bought me a drink and gave me her number, and I had pretty good control of the entire room. The girl I was mainly interested in washed away how nervous I was because she kept up conversation with me and was pursing and grabbing me every chance she got. She brought some other guy with her to the concert, and I kept asking her if it was her little brother. I didn't think he was a threat, but the two of them were dancing together for awhile while I was with the girl who bought me drinks earlier. I gave her some looks that indicated "What the fuck are you doing with this guy that looks like your little brother, when you're supposed to be enjoying yourself with a great guy like me". I did end up getting her on my own to dance with, pushed off the other guy and the 5 or so other dudes that were attempting to go after her. After all this shit went down, I neg'd the shit out of her in front of her friends and my friends. She kept playfully hitting me and said we need to hang out again, and I only responded with maybe and gave her shit asking what her name was again, even though we've known each other for a good bit. Granted, she is EXTREMELY attractive and is used to guys hitting on her, but I think I hit that sweet spot of ignoring her just the right amount that she can't stop thinking about me. She's called me 2 times tonight since I came home and I continued to explain what maybe means and said that she's not really doing it for me anymore.
ANYWAY, what I want to ask you is how I should precede. I know it would be easy as fuck to hook up with her as some party since she is really into me, but I want to make it a point that I'm not down so much for her to be flirting around with other guys while I'm around. Granted, this chick is one of the hottest pieces of ass I've been around, but she does act her age and may not be looking for a boyfriend at this particular time (which is fine, I'd like to take her out to dinner again, but if she is just a slut then I might as well take a ride with her in the meantime). I feel like I've got her wrapped around my hand, but am looking for some advice as to how I should precede properly. Any feedback is appreciated, and I'll post some naked pics of her if anyone here's advice works out!
