China, Malaysia or South Korea?

Hey guys new to the forum I have looked though a few of the must read threads but still undecided where to go.

The reason I say either China (Shanghai), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) or South Korea (Yeongam) is because they're cheap and also locations for 2013 Grand Prix races, I plan to hit two birds with one stone [Image: wink.gif]

I really like Asian birds, but I am generally pretty useless with women. So ideally I'd want to go somewhere where girls are instantly turned on by the sight of a 23yo OK looking white guy. I am willing to have a go learning the language before I go but I don't have that long to learn.

I would much appreciate your advice. Thanks

I would suggest Malaysia or S. Korea if you don't speak Chinese. China is tough to do without it.

I doubt any of those places will have women who are instantly turned on by an ok looking white guy. Better work on your game before you head out.

And Shanghai is far from being cheap. Given your requirements of a cheap but cool place where the women are friendly, I'd suggest Bangkok, Guangzhou or the Philippines. From there, you can easily and cheap fly to KL, Shanghai or Seoul for the F1 GPs. Glad to see another F1 fan in here.

I seem to do better with Asian girls with regards to game....for some reason getting rejected by them doesn't seem to bother me as much as a white girl...probably some messed up childhood experiences lurking behind this!

Where would you recommend? I would consider a country near by and then flying over for the race. I think I may stay for 2 weeks or so.

You might want to include Singapore in the list. British lads seem to have an easy time scoring. But stay away from the local guys though.

Actually already been to Singapore so I am less inclined to go again, also it was pretty pricey. Was with a British born Chinese girlfriend at the time. You should have seen the looks of disgust she got from the local girls when she walked down the street with me [Image: biggrin.gif] Singapore party girl [Image: tongue.gif]

China, Malaysia or South Korea?

Read back through some of my posts while on the ground in Asia the past few months.

KL is a first world city where English is very much the lingua franca. However, it is NOT a city for women. They're horrific looking on the collective and approaching in a bar is simply not done. Even at the "young" bars I was shown a seat every time I went. The concept of standing around talking to strangers is non-existent. Not to mention booze is expensive.

Shanghai is expensive comparatively to the rest of the region. Personally, I find Chinese women unattractive, but you will find hotties occasionally. Day game is a pretty effective option as Chinese guys will barely approach with drinks in them, let alone sober. I found Shanghai to be a city devoid of much culture. It seemed like a bunch of Western people got together and decided to make the plot of land a financial megalopolis a generation ago. It seems that people either love Shanghai, or strongly dislike it. I fell into the later category, especially after popping around that part of the world and falling in love with many of the other cities in Asia. There's a large expat population in Shangahi from around the world there as well.

American expat, current KL resident here. Could be my standards are low, but I think there are tons of beautiful women here--any time I hear someone say otherwise, all I can think is "2 OUT OF 10 - WOULD NOT BANG." How can a city of two million people not have plenty of options? At least that's my take, who knows, maybe my dick's not sufficiently discriminating.

Anyway, my experience is these girls are very receptive to meeting up, hanging out, and going home with white dudes. Earlier this year, one of the major papers wrote something about education, I think, and just as an aside the article mentioned that "many Malaysians are in awe of Caucasians." Which, god damn that's true. Especially outside of KL (you want a second tier city where you could clean up, try Johor Bahru in the south), but even in KL you'll be playing with a huge advantage.

But like MaleDefined said, you don't game KL girls at the bars. In southeast Asia, shopping malls are the centers of popular culture, and if you want to find girls in groups, don't bother looking anywhere else. And they're not hard to open. It's basically a matter of walking up, saying hi (they'll speak English), asking some question to pass yourself off as a newbie expat getting his bearings, and then insinuate yourself into their group. See if they'll meet for sushi or karaoke later. I do this, and I shoot a ridiculously high percentage for a dude with real mediocre game.

The one other thing going for you is that prostitution, though present in KL, isn't nearly so pervasive as in other SE Asian cities. So the stigma of being a local woman walking around with a white guy is far less pronounced, and upper class, educated girls won't mind hanging around with you. I've dated two girls from the Philippines since coming here, both of them from middle to upper middle class families, and both said they would never date me in the Philippines, where brown women with white guys are automatically assumed to be pros.

All this said, KL has its drawbacks. It's not the world's most fun city, and Malaysian culture can be fucking infuriating. But don't write it off--if you have the cash and the time, get a place off AirBnB for a month and see how you like it.

Btw, I'm working on a KL data sheet that I'll post sometime soon. Check that out if you want more info.

I doubt there is any place where the women are instantly turned on by [insert nationality]. You'll need a certain amount of game where ever you travel.

I remember the stories I used to hear of women in China throwing themselves at you as long as you looked vaguely Western. At the end of my stay there, however, I'd say I got about 30 rejections for every new bang (at a time when my game was pretty poor).

SPG! I haven't heard of that term for the longest time. But the pricey part is definitely true. One of the reason why I moved. I'd say Malaysian girls tend to have much better attitude.

I'd say it depends. In the developed coastal states where expats are commonplace, being Western looking doesn't seem to equate to wealth or status. Europe and US's economic status doesn't help the cause either.

As for inland China, that might be a different story.

This magic place where they will be instantly turned on does not exists but if you pick certain poorer countries they will be instantly interested. IMO for many SE Asian women who are willing to date foreigners looks matter far less than your perceived ability to provide so don't worry so much about how you look. It is actually not uncommon to hear the women in the countries that are not bombarded with images of white celebrities to call white guys funny looking and even ugly behind their backs. If you can be in shape that is all the better, but as long as you don't look like some hippy who forgot the meaning of soap you will be fine in most places.

I find the women in Malaysia to be very diverse and beautiful on the whole and the language thing helps as well. KL can also be somewhat inexpensive if you don't drink and party too much. Given the culture, many of the women also seem just as happy going to the mall and walking as they would having you spend lavishly to take them to a club.

Not sure about China and I really don't hear many great things about South Korea's women. Yes they are coveted by many Asian men for their skin color, but from what I understand most of them are hardcore about only seeing South Korean men.

If you want quick and easy then Thailand is probably your best bet. Many of the women are receptive to white guys, especially if you like to go out and are willing to take them. Thailand also puts you a short flight away from KL so you can easily fly down for the grand prix.

You will do well in Korea (Seoul or Busan) if you are white, above average height and reasonable looking, however, you will be dealing with a tiny (relatively) subset of S Korean gals who:

1. Can speak english (don't expect this as a given)
2. Are open to dating white guys

That said, there are particular areas e.g Itaewon in Seoul that are 'western friendly' i.e the girls in the bars there etc are looking to hook up with white guys. They are NOT hookers but if you are prepared to lie about how long you are staying it will be easier, also, try to be there 'on business' and potentially returning.

Outside of that , any of the large dance clubs in Seoul e.g Mass or Volume will be full of honeys and a lot will be very plreased to meet you, in fact you will probably be surprised, you will likely get approached.

Learning a few words of Korean, even for comedy value, will be greatly appreciated.

Excellent feedback bro--
"All this said, KL has its drawbacks. It's not the world's most fun city, and Malaysian culture can be fucking infuriating."

Can you expound/explain on the last 2 points ?
