Women with severe endometriosis may be more attractive

Observing that women with the most severe form of endometriosis happen to be unusually attractive, researchers in Italy speculate that the qualities that led to the women's good looks also predisposed them to the painful gynecological condition.

In the study, independent observers rated 31 percent of women with severe endometriosis as attractive or very attractive, while just 8 percent of women with milder endometriosis, and 9 percent of women without the condition were rated that highly.

"Several researchers believe that a general phenotype exists which is associated with the disease," said study researcher Dr. Paolo Vercellini, an obstetrician and gynecologist at Universita degli Studi in Milan.

RVF meets Fight Club.

Speaking of support groups has any member here searched for some regarding nymphomania? [Image: lol.gif]

No, but a few years ago me and my friends thought of starting a support group for people with sexual 'addiction'. Of course we would be the only male members. Once we thought through it more, we realized it would take too much bullshitting on our part. I can imagine the meeting now.

RVF member: "I mean I just can't stop thinking about sex all the time, but I know I need to stop. I mean I went out last night and the urge was too strong, then I had a one night stand. What do I do?"

or

RVF member(talking to a female group member): "We need to fight this urge together, why don't we text each other when we need each others support?"

I can't even write those with a straight face [Image: lol.gif]

9% of Italian women are "attractive or very attractive". Now imagine how low that figure is in English speaking countries.

Sounds like they would be anally retentive. Having trouble pooping doesn't make for great moods.

A lot of doctors are calling this a bullshit study. The researchers designed the study in such a way that it proved their preconceptions. It's more of a publicity stunt than actual science.

About 80% of 'research' studies are like this, it's usually the motivation to research the subject in the first place...
