Woman actually rapes a 13-year-old and gets pregnant: If the victim comes forward, he has to pay his rapist for the next 18 years.

A girl at a wingman's school did that recently, but she made up a fake person instead. She said she walking down the beach and some stranger attacked her and tried to rape her, one of the social workers involved said off the record to my bro that it was to get special consideration for her exams, her story didn't make sense at all so she admitted to making it up a day or two later. She's 18 but didn't get a single charge and is still getting special consideration for her "ordeal". She took a week off school and came back seeming awfully happy about it, makes sense considering how she got away with it all. That shit is completely messed up.

It is worth noting that at least in the second example above, it is the State of California that is going after child support not the woman who got pregnant.

How can a child consent to sex with an adult if, according to statue, he was raped?



One of the (many) reasons I left law school was because of how arbitrarily the average judge made decisions... it was clear that spending my time trying to figure out how they made rulings was a total waste of time.

This goes back to child's rights more than anything.

Child's rights are hardcore. The government will take a child away from its own mother if the standard of care is deficient.

All things considered, both mother's and father's rights are often subordinate to the child's legal rights.

For those who disagree with the decision - how would you actually want child support to operate in that situation?

It all falls in line with the premise that no matter what a woman does, she's entitled to protection. If not from a male, from the state. Or both.

It's the only real reason why this kind of thing happens. They would rather a man write a check, or get his wages garnisheed than to have the state support some crazy slut and her bastard kid.
