It kind of helps me see why we want to be in their worlds-- I know guys are always ranting about keeping frame etc, but I believe deep down the same guys need to be with women for some emotional reason.

That Zen Disney world is pretty cool. Women would never be optimistic enough to have kids, their primary function, if they weren't wired to be stupid optimistic. They literally HAVE to think that way.

Women are way more Zen than men. While we can all discuss reproduction, women who actually pump the baby out are all spaced out much more of the time. "It just happened" is a real Zen statement. Figuring out reproduction and existence is just "looking for the horse while you are riding it "

My thought, in this scenario, is that you probably caught her with a piece of logic that was pretty much irrefutable, but her ego was invested into her answer and she had to defend it with her obviously contrived scenario.

That being said, I think you're absolutely correct that women have no idea what it takes for us to go after them, and furthermore, that nobody ever challenges them to find out.

The image of a shredded body is a turn on, but the idea that you worked for that is often a turn off. It should have just happened. Getting good at gaming girls, working out, hustling in your career are all ways of a guy going beyond his genetic endowment.

Explains well why two of my ex-GFs loved my fit muscular body but appeared disturbed by the tremendous effort and knowledge I spent to acquire and maintain my physique, which I myself am proud of. I used to think that it's because of the resources (time and money) I was spending on that were not spent on them, but this seems closest to the mark.
