"Rub against me and I'll expose you."

[attachment=7723]

I saw this ad for the first time on the DC metro this morning on my way to work.

Maybe I'm overreacting, but I got really pissed as soon as I saw it. At the time, I was standing on a train that was more crowded than the one depicted in this scene, pinned so close to some mid-30s woman that my scrotum was basically sitting on top of her hip bone. Obviously, there are perverts and weirdos out there, but if anything that was actually inappropriate went down on a train, I think most women and/or onlookers would speak up on the spot, especially in this city.

I think the ad's little catch phrase is what angers me, since many male passengers (including myself) unfortunately have to push up against the asses and crotches of other passengers (male AND female) on a regular basis just to fit in the fucking train at 8am. And, of course, the fact that this campaign does nothing except put tons of innocent men at the mercy of women, who can easily make false reports if they get in an arguement or just feel evil that day.

What do y'all think?

In Bangkok I get jammed up against women, old men, kids, everyone all of the time. Never a problem. Everyone has to squeeze into the BTS. However, Western chicks are so crazy, I could see them freaking out at some poor guy when he gets shoved into them on an overcrowded train on accident.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if those ads lead to some innocent guys getting arrested because some crazy chick is pissed at her boyfriend.

Correct me if I am wrong but it seems that DC is spearheading all these movements of castration.

In other parts of the US, mention all this shyt and it's like one is speaking Japanese.

It would be interesting to go down there and see if it is really beats out Toronto in shyttiness.

"Rub against me and I'll expose you."

I hate riding the sub when girl commuters rub their vaj on my fresh slacks. It's so degrading coming to work with stains and "the stank" when I just picked up my dry cleaning the day prior. Those women need to be sued for the emotional damage caused at my workplace, cos now all my female coworkers start giggling and smiling once they catch a whiff of me.

I'm being oppressed!

It should read "If someone touches you, rubs against you or says something inappropriate, realise that there are people in the world with actual problems."

This law or whatever is ridiculous.

Guys should be able to speak up as well, otherwise that would be just sexist. I know we have a lot of DC members, you guys should seriously troll this law and expose it's ridiculousness.

Isn't that what this ad is about? That short chick rubbing her tits all over that poor guys stomach like some sort of rapist?

I'd call next time I rode and it was crowded. I'd also get as many other guys to do so as well.

The New York City subway plays a frequent recorded announcement that states “A crowded subway is no excuse for inappropriate touching. If you think you've been a victim of a crime, tell a police officer.”

Really. It’s not? Gee, I thought that’s what rush hour was all about - to get your rub and grope on. Aww man, what’s a dude supposed to do to relieve some stress during that Godawful ride? This city is going down the drain.

I believe in Rio they started reserving a metro car for women only a few years ago (they colored it pink of course) because they were having a real problem with blatant groping and squeezing. They may have done the same thing in Japan too if I can recall correctly. NYC bitches will stab you with something, or call you out loudly if you do something like that - no calls to the police are necessary. Any number of women I know have told me it's happened to them from time to time, nothing too outrageous. I did see a homeless dude pee on a chick's fur coat once, and I've read a story or two over the years about them jerking off on someone.

Unpleasant stuff happens, but this seems like more American-style alarmism. This sign--or that NYC subway announcement--does more to create a culture of blanket anti-man paranoia than actually contribution to any kind of real solution to a real problem.

My girl told me she thinks it should be illegal to catcall and say degrading things to women in public and while I agree certain people can be extremely rude or offensive at times I reminded her that people tend to take advantage of the system. She didn't like to hear that. Oh well.

Is it just me, or does the picture not match the situation being referred to? Because it certainly doesn't look like the guy in the photo who she's brushing past, has any interest in her. Now that banned Indian race troll in the background may be another story.

Seems it is only for women. I sincerely doubt a guy would get the same treatment if he complained about being rubbed up against in. Crowded public train!
Most guys would just assume a busy train means rubbing up against people is going to happen. Only a woman could see it as harassment

I took a pic of that ad a month or so ago and thought the same thing. Every fucking morning I'm pushed up against a fatty. They have another sign about how looking at someone can be sexual harassment.

Someone needs to "expose" the double standard. Get a woman to make a complaint against a man - who is in on it - and check how seriously the authorities take it. Then drop the complaint of course.

Then next day, another couple stages some inappropriate touching, but this time the woman is the groper. See how different the response is...

And don't give me the BS that in reality, women don't grope men. It happens all the time here in Japan and a friend of mine had a middle-aged woman try to take his dick out at a crowded stadium.

Again - feminists intentionally make the definition of "rubs" so vague. Do they mean rub as in grinding on her with your dick? If so yeah that's pretty nasty. Or do they mean rub as in normal human contact on a packed carriage?

We need to have EXACT definitions so innocent people's time and reputation isn't wasted in court trying to defend themselves.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that. See how he's looking at her with his laser guided glare. It's quite obvious who the groper is.
