I saw some show on Tru or ID a few years ago where a female CO helped a con escape and even looked the other way while he killed a guard. I guess it's perfectly acceptable to have women guarding male prisoners despite the fact that the strongest female presents only a modest threat to an average male, because after all, gender is just a social construct isn't it? Roissy frequently mentions (with links to verify) how a lot of convicts have no shortage of women writing them love letters.
