I'm not sure how it is in SA, but in the states there is a chance of things going wrong. The only time I have gone for a coworker was when I knew for sure that I was not staying at the job very long. In that type of situation I have total freedom that it makes no difference what happens. I have friends who only bang girls they work with so to each their own. Personally I like to separate girls from earning a living, because it can get sticky.
