Why do girls never greet you by name?

Why do girls never greet you by name?

Anyone else notice this with younger girls in particular? Whether in person or over text, when girls greet you it's always just "hey" or "heyy". Never "hey Juan" or "hey (first name)".

There's the popular expressoin "there's no sweeter sound to anyone's ear than the sound of their own name". Yet I never get girls greeting me or messaging me by name in 2012.

Maybe it's an American girl phenomenon but anyone else notice this? Why is this?

I don't think it's a phenomena among females but rather among people in general. I've mentioned this to people before, use it to your advantage. I've noticed when I use a girls name in a greeting it's always taken positively, makes you stand out.

Honestly man, many do when your game is good. I see it all the times at bars/clubs where hos will shout out at some dude 15 feet away, "Robbbbb!!! Robbbb!!! HIIIII!!!!"

Few things piss me off more when the dude they're callin looks like a total schmiel, and then I rage inside that they're not calling my fucking name from across the bar. lol

I have bitches calling out my name when they see me all the time. Rarely via text, but then my texting style is very curt and logistical.

Since the name I always go by in real life actually is Cookie, girls call me by name all the time.

They're juggling more guys than you are juggling girls. It's hard to keep track sometimes.
