Anyone contract Hep A after travelling through SEA? I did a full blood screen a few years ago and discovered that I’d had it, but did not recognise the symptoms at the time (resolved without medical aid). One positive i guess is that once you’ve had it, you can’t get it again.

Your best defence against pathogens will mainly rely on a healthy/young immune system though. If you contract HPV, the vaccine might not help you. (After the acute infection stage.) A healthy diet, avoidance of drugs etc. and minimizing your total pathogenic load is probably more important in the long run. Latency (simply explained) means a virus can "hide out" in certain cells, only to be reactivated at an opportune time. So the immune system will never get rid of it completely. Cancer is caused by mutations. So if the virus cannot come out of hiding so to speak, because your have sufficient immune function, it can not cause lesion nor cancer. It should also be pointed out that if you were otherwise HPV negative, and you introduce the virus via a vaccine, and you now for whatever reason have suppressed immune function, you could be worse of then if you never got the vaccine in the first place.

If you grew up in the United States and received regular pediatric care they probably gave you a Hep A immunization. From my understanding after you receive the immunization you'll be protected and Hep A anti-bodies will show up in your blood stream. Triggering a positive response for any Hep A STI screens that you get.

I use condoms all the time. I like the durex thin ones. Never had them break.

I've used Japanese condoms but they're too small for my dick and barely fit on. But ya feels close to nothing. the durex ones are almost as good.

It is supposed to be a normal condom. They are supposed to prevent from pregnancies and diseases (except stuff like herp). Lambskin condoms on the other hand don’t protect from STDs
