The reason I found Roosh's forum was because I met a housefull of Argentinian chicks who were totally into me. Generally speaking you really cannot lump all this shit together. There will always be exceptions. I know white and black guys that talk about bieng a "player" and banging all these chicks from around the globe...but come to find out they are paying for it.. No game, but depending on who they talk to, someone will walk away beleiving the steroetypes they were just told.

I know a black friend that looks like Tyson Beckford and he get's ass anywhwere, but its not a "black" thing, he would get as much pu$$y if he looked like Brad Pitt.. I mean to some point good looking is good looking and its not really about the race. Flip side of that coin is another black friend of mine, who is cool as hell, just UGLY. I mean he has a hard time getting booty anywhere, but occasionally some girls dig him becuase he is friendly and funny. Same with a white friend who is chubby and kind of ulgy too...they HAVE to use game and they get laid on occasion. If they had no game they would get laid NEVER.

To the original poster, I have never heard Argentine girls like black guys. I'm sure there are some that do, but in my general experience white boys have more success in Latin America as a rule. Of course many Argentines are of 100% European background anyways, so maybe there is some novelty there for them meeting a black person.

Using my post above, if you have movie star looks, its easier to get booty anywhere. If you are average or even handsome you need game and yes it will be more difficult depending on the region or nation you are in. Go forth and find out for yourself.

I went to Rio Brazil and went on a tour and met 2 Argentinian sisters from Cordoba that were also on vacation. Both girls were very good looking but the older one was really into me. Both were very classy and are working professionals. They want me to come to Cordoba and visit. I spoke very little spanish just what I learned in college and they spoke even less english but we seemed to click. If you have a little game, some what aggressive, and dress sharp then I think that black men could have a decent chance in Argentina, but in my traveling experience it just depends on which cities you go.

White guys have the definite edge in South America.

Black American guys have the edge in parts of Western Europe, Australia, Scandinavia and anywhere the American media/MTV has taken hold with its media machine.

Asian, Latin, Indian, and "brown" types do well in Eastern Europe (different but not too different). Asian guys from the US can also strike across a wider spectrum of women in Asia (again, different but not too different).

@Kindred, I was always under the impression that all white women worship latin - ricky martin or slightly tanned latin looking type men. I can't think of a better example but I remember watching a show on hottest girls and guys in modelling and the top 10 for men seemed to be tan skin latino men with square jaws.

They are very close-minded and conformist. I think they're fairly racist too, although there are so few black people here it's hard to say. Sometimes they call each other "negro" or "negra" kind of like an insult, saying that a person is a bad person.

You have NO idea of Argentina.. let me get this clear: When Argentinians describe someone as "negro" as an insult, they are referring to NEGRO DE ALMA (= black by soul) which means this person is from the hood (low social class).. there is much hatred between negros (ppl from the slums and housing projects) and middle/upper-class ppl .. I know 14 yr old armed WHITE "negros de alma" who go out partying just to beat up middle/upper class guys.. well, this type of guy would be referred as "negro" in a negative way.. No black American tourist would ever be referred as "negro de alma" and can attract some Argentinian girls (they are simply not used to ppl with black skin color, so they might feel insecure but some will be attracted)


and if you find it hard to get with Argentine girls (they are very friendly and very easy, although maybe not THAT easy as Brazilians) it must be because you are either ugly, have no game at all, have no Argentine friends or don´t speak Spanish at all..
I don´t mean to offend you but you seem to have understood very little of the country for having lived there for four months..of course everyone has different perceptions..

In theory it would only make sense that argentine women like black western men.
1. The lack of black people in Argentina 1%< makes it virtually impossible for them to be racist to a group they simply have never encountered
2. The infiltration of mtv culture in Argentina probably has a similar effect there as it has on the rest of europe and mostly white countries. I don't think black men are worshiped there like white guys in Singapore, but I don't think they will have a hard time
3. The argentine girls I met drool over black men. Not the best looking bunch but nonetheless...

This thread is superold but I can tell you that a young "western" black guy who spends at least a week in Argentina shouldn't have much difficulty getting some pu-na-ni. Having some kind of a social circle and having at least basic spanish will help a lot. It was actually one of the easier places in latin america for me. Just don't expect the women to throw themselves at you, the majority were very friendly though. The only problem I had was trying to get a cab in a small town at night, Buenos Aires is far more international so no problems there.

I think you've no clue what are you talking about. WHen Argentinean people talk about being dark skinned they associate it to looking like a mestizo with brown skin, which are often the villero types who are linked with marginality/poverty ,therefore they carry negative connotation . Still quite a few argentinean women might like this type which are usually known as morochos. Being black is a totally different thing, as they are completly exotic in Argentina and not associated to anything (maybe except the big ...... myth)

But many people are called negro only because they listen to cumbia villera and hold in marginal places, hence being a negro is not only something about physical appearance/skin color but also about behavior.

I think being black/african and having some basic spanish skills can be a huge advantage, of course its also depends of the black dude itself, if he is fit and tall will make all the work for himself, but if he is only 5 feet 5 inches and weights 240 lbs will not.

I went into detail on my experience in SA on a thread called race and latin america, u can find it with the search function. The quick answer is Worst: Ecuador and Panama.
Best: Guatemala and Argentina.

Learning spanish probably isn't as hard as you think, you don't have to be fluent but basic skills go a long way.
