Hello guys, this is my first contribution to the forum. I've learned a lot from this forum and I feel I should contribute with something. Hopefully someone will find this helpful. I've been living here for 9 months and I think is a good time to put up a datasheet. So here it is
FACTS ABOUT TRIESTE:
-It is a city located at the north of Italy, near the border with Austria, Slovenia and Croatia. The seaside is nice during the summer. Venice is about 2 hrs by train.
-It is a 2nd tier city in Italy (population 200k). Although it is not a typical italian city.
-As a city is a beautiful one, with nice architecture and some interesting sightseeing.
-If you are an outdoor-nature-lover kind of guy, this city will offer a lot of cool activites like climbing, hicking, swimming, camping, fishing, boating, etc.
-The 'beach' consists of: the sidewalk, very big rocks and the Adriatic Sea. It is one of the ugliest beaches I've ever seen. However, that does not stop people from taking sunbaths during the summer (which means one can find topless girls).
-Triestins speak italian (evidently) but locals prefer to speak their own dialect called triestino. In general locals have a very basic kwnoledge of english. If you speak spanish or french it helps a lot.
-Locals are among the rudest people I've encountered in my life, they are also very close minded people, and not so crazy for foreigners... hell they do not even like italians, they consider themselves as 'triestinos' but not
talians, they are crazy.
-This is a city where people are mostly middle-upper class. So it tends to be a little bit snobish.
-The city is innhabited mostly by very old 45+ and by very young people 15-20. The people from the 24-35 is the minority, and is a mixture from locals and foreigners.
-There is practically no crime rate in the city, you can walk by night completely wasted using your tablet as a city map while you take photographs.
-There is no public transportation after midnight, and taxis are kind of expensive (40 euros for a 15 min. ride).
GIRLS:
-The girls here have beautiful faces and very sexy bodies. I can be in the street the whole day and not watch a single fat girl pass by. However, if you like brazilian ass type girls, this is not your place. If you prefer the slim-model type then you are in paradise. Women are a mixture between italians from the north and slavic people from ex-Yugoslavia, you see a lot of blondies here.
-They have a somewhat conservative (prude) mentality. My theory is that since it is kind of a big town (not a real city by european standards) most people know each other so girls don't want the slut title attached. They also have strong bitch shields.
-They dress feminine and classy with expensive clothes.
-Local women are among the hardest in Italy, but once you manage to get a date with one triestin, you will have a lot of chances to bang her in the first date. The difficulty (and is hard) is to get that first date. Day game works best on local girls.
-Italian girls, not from Trieste, are a minority but are easier than local ones to game specially during night. You can get a make out if you have medium game, but do not expect a ONS. Actually ONS are hard to get with the italian bitches since they are hard in general. However, getting a date with them will be easier than getting one from a local. You will likely get your bang after the 4th or 5th date. Average flaking is expected.
-Local girls, and italian girls generally do not drink that much. But they do smoke, so use this as your advantage to approach a girl.
-There is also a minority of Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian girls living in Trieste. They are more easy going and definitely will be more receptive to your game.

-Young girls speak some basic english, but speaking italian will improve your chance of success automatically. They like it when you speak italian but with a distinct accent.
-Girls respond better if you are introduced by someone they know rather than after a cold approach. They are not used to being approached by guys (yes, this is not what you would've expected from an italian city), so they can be a little bit cold at the beginning.
DAY GAME:
-My recommendations for day game are: the coffe places near Piazza Unita, and Viale XX di Settembre; the bus stop and the bus are also good places.
-During summer, the seaside in the zone called Barcola can be a good spot too.
-There is also a shopping mall called 'Torri di Europa' where a lot of young girls go during weekends. Personally I've never did daygame there.
NIGHTLIFE:
-Nightlife in Trieste mostly sucks, and tends to be a sausagefest most of the time, but you can find some good places depending the season of the year.
-Most of the places close around 1am, so you have to go out around 9pm and move fast.
-As long as there are courses going on at the local university, Wednesday night will be a very good night to go out, yes you read it well, wednesday night. It is called 'mercoledi universitario' and people from the university go out, because most of the students like to spend their weekends at their hometowns, so for whatever reason, they've chosen wednesday night as the night to go out with their friends. The other good night is Saturday night. Friday night is mostly hit or miss.
-You have to take into account that depending the season of the year, the nightlife changes completely, for example some spots are completely packed in winter but can be empty during summer and viceversa.
-During summer most people tend to drink and party outside of the clubs, so for example, the main square of the city called Piazza Unita, will be a good place to start the night. This is a list of the places I am familiar with
Sottosopra - This was my main place during winter, it is mostly a club and can get packed after 11 pm, although it tends to be a cockfest. The reason I liked this place is that it closes around 4am and you can find some italian (non-local) bitches, this place is also frequented by spanish girls from the Erasmus. During spring is mostly empty and in summer is completely closed.
Ausonia - Is also a club, but it maintains its popularity during the whole year. This place is ideal for your regular nightgame.
Etnoblog - Kind of a hipster-indie club, but the girls there are more receptive to meeting new people. Some days there are rock concerts and the place gets crowded those nights. Stable during the whole year
Tetris - It is like the small version of the Etnoblog, but tends to be more underground (by Trieste standards anyways). Here I manage to make out with a little italian girl from Udine after a few songs, then we smoke weed.
Round Midnight - This place is more like a small jazz rock lounge type. I've only been here 4 times, the first time was Wednesday the other ones were on the weekend. The first night was epic, I met a Croatian girl here. The other times I returned the place was completely dead. I've heard that it is good on Thursday, but I haven't checked.
Keg's - This is more like an Irish pub, mostly plays rock, but I think is a very small place. However when it gets crowded it is good because people will not be seated which make it easier for approaching. Stays the same during the whole year
TNT - Never been here, but is supposed to be also an Irish pub.
Le Note - This is the equivalent of the Sottosopra for the summer. It is more like a club, with latin, R&B, hip-hop nights. It stays open till 4 or 5am. If you have a date take it here, dance with her, make her horny and then go for the bang. You can also be here on your own. The place attracts more foreigners than local girls. African and latinas sluts frequent this place.
Naima - This place is like an alternative hipster lounge. In winter is great, but in summer is closed. The ratio is fair 1:1, and the people here are mostly italians and locals. It closes at 3am, but a lot of people remain outside talking and smoking. This is a good place to game.
Rex - This is a club for the older crowd 27+. They play mostly commercial stuff. If you like MILFs this is your place.
CLOSING REMARKS:
-If you are staying here for more than 2 weeks, getting a social circle is recommended. Then when you go out at night you will encounter girls you already know and things will be easier.
-When I go out alone, my main target are always italian girls not from Trieste, foreign girls or balkan bitches. Local girls require more time and work.
-If you know how to dance this will be a strong weapon, specially salsa or bachata, this is my bread and butter during nightgame. The guys do not dance at all and also it is easier to escalate from dancing to kissing.
-Actually, local guys do not have game at all, however they are fit and dress well.
-Being exotic (i.e. not white) by itself does not help, but being exotic, speaking a little bit of italian and dressing sharply will definitely increase the chances with the women.
-In my personal opinion I would never return here to stay for more than 2 months, I prefer big metropolitan cities and the girls although very beautiful are hard as balls. Besides, really who wants to do it the hard way when you can take the bus and after two hours you are in Ljubljana, Slovenia where girls (and people in general) are more friendly, there are more girls avalaible, and the quality is great or equal than in Trieste.
